Overall:

These shoes were for my granddaughter who is nearly 4 years old and learning to dress herself. I liked the velcro closure on the straps which she was able to handle. They are sturdy and practical and match with almost anything. I washed them just one time and they held up fine.

Very versatile shoe. My daughter has wide feet, thanks to dad, but this shoe fits her like a glove. Would love to see more colors, but overall a great shoe.

These are super cute shoes. I purchased these to match an outfit that needed plain shoes; the leather is very soft and I really love the toe guard. It will keep the shoe looking new for a lot longer. These were bought for a 3.5 year old and apparently they are comfortable as she does not refuse to wear them. I think they run true to size. Now to get the pearl pink pair. Zappos, of course, made the whole process a breeze; why buy anywhere else?

I recently purchased this shoe for my 5 year old daughter. It is a cute, comfortable and durable shoe. It can be worn either dressy or dressed down. Runs big. My daughter normally wears an 11 and I purchased an 11.5 to give room for socks with the winter season around the corner and the fit was not as snug as I would have liked. I would definitely recommend and it was priced just right, not to mention the great customer service from Zappos! Happy shopping!

My children wore Keds, and I was so excited to learn that I can still find these shoes online and not have to worry about the going to the mall. I ordered these to be my 3-year old's inside-shoes at school. They definitely serve the purpose: comfy, soft and non-slippery! And they look really cute! I really like shopping at Zappos, especially if I am not sure whether I'll like what I get or not. Decision making gets so much easier when you know you can painlessly return any item that you don't like.

I was very pleased with the Keds I bought for my daughter. I checked everywhere online and Zappos was the only place that had that shoe in stock. The best part about it was I got them the very next day for no shipping cost. Zappos has me hooked I will always order from them in the future.

Shoes are very cute but the orange and pink colors wore off the sides near the soles within 2-3 wearings. So definitely not worth the money but Zappos was great when I called to report the problem. Even though she wore them, they said they would refund my money and I didn\'t have to send back the shoes.

I recently brought these sneakers for both of my daughters and they loved them! The shoe is very stylish, cute and the platform makes them supportive! The only issue I had with this product is the charms keep falling off. I re-hook them and they come right off again. A little disappointing but otherwise they look good with just about anything, a jean skirt, jeans or jogging pants. A good buy and well worth the money. I definitely recommend.

Excellent shoe! I have bought these for my 20 month old daughter since she wore infant size 3. She wears infant size 6 now--so this is our 4th pair! She can wear these for play, and they are easy to clean. Very durable!

Zappos carries a wide variety of sizes, colors and widths in toddler shoes which make shopping easy, but the outstanding thing about this company is their Customer Service. It is the best Customer Service Department I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Plus, my Granddaughter was the hit of daycare in her red Keds Kids Graham.

The overall shoe was great. The look and quality was very good and it fit my daughter's foot well. Unfortunately, the decorative gems on the shoe are not. Within 2 hours of wearing them, one shoe's gems fell off. I was able to rig it a little and reattach. A few more times wearing the shoe and the other foot's gems fell off. So now I am left with removing them completely off the shoe. They need a better way to attach them to the shoe or make a much stronger chain system.

These shoes are "awesome" according to my five-year-old who wears them every day and sometimes tries to sneak into bed with them. She adores them, both for comfort and for style (very important to this five-year-old). She can run super-fast in them (a proven fact) and loves the way they look. An all around terrific purchase.

We love these shoes. These are my daughter's first pair. She has foot shape, where normal shoes never fit. T-Straps are the best. Esp. Keds, because the fit better than any brand. Working with ZAPPOS is awesome and they have great customer service!

I needed school shoes for my 9 year old. She has a wide foot, so it was very difficult to find a shoe which would meet the criteria of the school and fit she needed. However, I found not only my daughter's school shoes, but her shoes for gym class as well. I searched many of the local stores throughout my area. Both my daughter and I were very pleased with the shoes and the service of Zappos. Thank you very much for your help, great service and the end of my school shoe search.

My daughter loves these shoes and she had to have them I was able to get them from Zappos which is where I have always found all my great shoes they come to me the next day, I love Zappos! This pair of shoes has a problem though the charms came off immmediately after she wore them one time and I wished that they would have come with extra charms. That is my only complaint with these shoes other than that they are terrific!

The chain that holds the charms will not stay attached. I tried two pair, same problem. We love Keds, but this just doesn't work. Sure hope Zappos removes this shoe!
