These were perfect. Since the size is so difficult to find 10N Zappos is about the only place they were available. A great shoe for the ages as it wears well and lasts for years.

I am a long-time wearer of Keds, and this black leather is my favorite for travel in foreign lands because (1) it is comfortable for days of sightseeing, (2) it tolerates rain (machine washable leather), and (3) it looks more attractive than the big clompy white athletic shoes which foreigners consider to be American bad taste.

I have been wearing Keds as long as I can remember, and I am 53. My mom wore them while I was growing up. Both of us still love them. The white fabric originals are staples in our wardrobes, and it's nice to have the leather version, too. I have found that the "fancier styles" do not run true to size, but these do. Although they do not have enough support for exercising or hiking, they are perfect for just running around. Try them, you will become a fan!

I looked at some of the other reviews and they said the shoe ran narrow. I ordered an 11W. I got them super-fast! But alas, they were too big. I'm exchanging them for a 10W, so they are pretty comfy and pretty true to size. And the customer service guy (Jim) was extremely nice, and he shipped the new order 1-day priority! Yes!

Classic Keds I look at them in my closet and think of the red canvas pair I had as a kid many years ago, makes me want to climb a tree. There is no arch support but with my orthotics I get the arch support I need other than that the fit and feel is good. I love the fact that the leather is much easier to keep clean and white than the canvas version. Like a great pair of jeans or cowboy boots once broken in they become part of you.

I love these shoes! I am so thankful that I ordered the extra wide width because they make my feet feel wonderful, not like they are stuffed into a shoe. There is no rubbing or pinching and they clean up nicely with a damp cloth.

Just as everyone said, this is a perfect little walking shoe. I walked all over Paris in it with no sore spots or rubbing. I put in some arch supports just for good measure. The leather is very easy to clean as well -- better than the canvas. Stylish, classic, love 'em.

I was so pleased to find this shoe in wide. I find it very comfortable to wear all day, especially for shopping. It looks fine for casual occasions and will give moderate arch support. Let me just add, you can't beat Zappos for excellent customer support!

I normally wear a size 8.5N in an enclosed shoe and a 9M in a sneaker (with socks). The Champion-Leather Keds are comfortable and great for long walks in the city (though don't expect much cushioning or arch support like you'd get with a New Balance sneaker, for example). I also have this brand in canvas. By the way, the service at Zappos is excellent!

I have a wide foot,and when I can find wide shoes, I normally wear a 6.5. but found the 6.5 wide much too large! I sent them back and am ordering the 6 instead. Great shoe, and very durable, even when I put them through the wash machine!
