This bag is great; I do love it! I am a small woman so some bags, when I fill them up with my stuff, look huge, but not this bag. I loved the picture of the black one with the blues, but I got orange and red in the strap, but that wasn't enough to send it back! I only wish it had more organization inside, but it does have one small zip pocket. The side pockets are nice, but if it had a zipper compartment in the front, it would have been more perfect. The strap is unique and it doesn't dig into your shoulder when you have a lot in the bag. I would recommend this bag to everyone!

A winner - I have had my marigold bag about a week - very fast shipping, I might add. My 22yo daughter doesn't like the look of it, but I very much do. The funky rope strap ends up being only about 1/2 the strap if you extend it to a crossbody style - which is why I only gave the look 4 stars. The absence of inner separations is mildly annoying - but it is very light and yesterday I was able to carry everything I needed for a day by the pool (except a towel) inside w/o overstuffing it or looking like I was going off for a weekend. It has an exterior pocket on each end - which I didn't see on the pictures. That's handy for little stuff. It seems very rugged and well built.
Brands I'd also recommend: Overland Equipment bags.

Kavu Himuka Bag - LOVE IT! This bag can hold it all! The size is perfect. I try to carry just "the basics", but as a busy working mom, I end up carrying a little of everything from a couple spare diapers to a fresh bottle of water - and this bag takes it like a champ! The shoulder drop adjusts from 18"-26"(which isn't in the description) and is longer than my usual "norm", but it didn't take me long to get used to the strap length. This bag is very comfortable to carry, even loaded down. It could easily be worn across the body at a longer strap length and the "Ugly" color - so fun! Great for Spring and Summer with its great color mix! Very casual and fun bag, I know I'll get lots of use out of it!

I purchased the black thinking it would have the worn, faded look like in the picture, but it doesn't. It is a plain black. Also, the rope on the bag is not vibrant blue like in the picture. It is more subtle, with blue, burnt orange, and cream colors, which I'm fine with. Love the bag despite the unexpected colors! I'm definitely going to keep it! Not huge, but can fit a lot of stuff.

I like this bag overall, I suppose. It is roomy without being too big. My one complaint is that I ordered the black one because I loved the blues in the strap shown in the photos. However, when I got the actual bag, the strap seemed mostly reds and oranges, with barely any blue to be seen. I even went back to see if I had gotten the wrong bag by mistake, but there was only one black version shown. So be prepared for variations in the strap color, I guess.

Great bag, but lacks organization inside - Love this bag, but I'd like to be able to organize small papers, pamphlets, etc. Just an open bag. Still like it though.
