Pros: This shoe is one of the nicest round-toe pumps I have found. Beautiful, unique, goes-with-everything color, shiny high quality patent leather, very sexy. Cons: The heel is more of a really skinny stiletto than I expected (looks a bit more balanced in the photo, I think) and - the one real problem - the sole is not covered on the inside edge, but shows the cheap plastic bottom plastic of the shoe. This is a no-go for me with a shoe of this price category. Sizing runs a bit snug, but not a whole half-size smaller.

I bought the black patent version of these, and although they are beautiful, all I can say is wow. I wore them to a holiday party last night and I was in pain all night. I thought that for this price, I would get a comfortable pair of heels. I like the Weitzman shoe I purchased a few months ago. They were very comfortable, even to dance in. I could not wait to take these shoes off. I will be very hesitant to purchase Kate Spade shoes again.

Wow! These pumps are not only comfortable, but sexy and elegant. I bought the black satin in 6.5 and wish to buy more in the near future. I can't believe I can walk around for hours in them with no fatigue. Keep 'em coming in a variety of colors.

I've gotten back into wearing heels this past year after a long period of mostly flats. I've discovered certain designers that, though they cost more, have excellent materials and craftsmanship that lead to more comfort and longevity. I've got the camel patent; it's the perfect nude for my skin tone. I find many other nude pumps too pale for me. These are about as high as I can go, but they are so well balanced that they are more comfortable than some of my lower-heeled shoes. Exactly true to size.

I'd buy them in every colour if I could afford it! I got a great deal a while ago and bought 2 pairs of these Karolina's, a brown croc and pink croc, and they are my FAVORITE shoes! Doesn't take very long to break them in and they're so comfy and stylish that I wear them all the time, even with jeans on casual days. Also comfy enough that I wear them when I know I'll be walking for a while. I am already looking to purchase several more pairs in other colours as soon as I can afford it! I agree with the other review that the tips on the heels do wear down pretty quick since they are plastic, but I just had them retipped recently so it's a small repair that was totally worth it for the shoe!

Worth every penny - These shoes were my first purchase from Zappos and I was not disappointed. I'm tired of buying cheapo shoes that hurt my feet or don't fit right or fall apart after only a few uses. I can tell these heels will be a part of my wardrobe for a very long time. They look sexy, elegant and sleek, and could go with just about any outfit. You could wear them to the office, out to the club, or even to church. I normally can't stand a heel higher than 3 inches, but this one feels very natural and comfortable. I'm looking forward to all the compliments I know I'll be getting when I wear them!

After reading other reviews about how comfortable these shoes were, I happily bought them, but I was not so happy after I had worn them to work for a day. I don't walk around much at work and it's all on carpeted floors and by the end of the day, I was limping. I usually have no problem in an 8.5 B, but these were narrow and with a stumpy toe box. They're not cute enough to make the pain worth it.

Great shoe! I got this shoe in "steel snake" (a dark silver) to wear in my wedding. It's as comfortable as a heel that high can be, and looks fabulous. A ZZ Top woman would be proud to wear it.

I swooned when I opened the box! I didn't want to like them because they are expensive but they are just too gorgeous AND comfortable to send back. This ruby crocco looks good with so many things it's a jazzy neutral, basic. The shape of the shoe is classic & makes the foot look elegant. I saw them on Sarah Palin too & I justify the price because I will wear them to pieces. Stunning shoes! Fit true to size to.

Comfortable pump! This is a really cute shoe, but also very comfortable (for a pump) - I wore it all night, including lots of walking, and my feet didn't hurt at all. I have it in silver but might also get it in black because it's such a nice basic shoe.
