My husband loves Kangol hats for their excellent construction, comfort and style. I think they are flattering on him too, so ordered him two of the Tropic 504, lightweight enough for summer wear and into fall, perfect for the golf course and early morning commutes. As always Zappos shipping and customer service is superb, and although I can find his favorites at department stores in the City, I prefer to give my business to Zappos. Waiting for new Kangol styles for winter now!

I ordered this hat a while back for my Dad's birthday. As a college student it's difficult to get out to go shopping and then deliver gifts for birthdays. As a daughter it's difficult just to find something your Dad likes. The hat came pretty quickly and my Dad loved it. He wore the hat all summer and now into the fall. First off, I can't say enough about how helpful Zappos can be when ordering or returning a product for a size change. This hat was a little small for me, but Zappos sent me a bigger size which fits great. I love this hat! It's sleek, a tight weave with an elegant design. The best thing is that it has vents built into the design that keep your head cool. I love black, but black in Texas can sometimes be too hot. This hat vents nicely and keeps my head cool. No matter how rough I treat the had it always springs back to its natural form. Then Tropical Ventair by Kangol is way cool!

Of course the Kangol cap is nice, but my emphasis in this review is Zappos' quality of service. UPS delivered this hat next door, no fault of Zappos. Zappos instantly sent another hat as soon as I called them. The neighbor brought the package over later, but both Zappos packages were delivered one day after ordering! How do they do this?

This hat is my favorite. It's very comfortable, soft and light. The material breathes very well so your head doesn't sweat like my wool hat in the same design. It's perfect for even a warm summer day. Love it and would highly recommend the Kangol hats and Zappos site and service.

Hello Zappos - My boss has wanted a hat like his Greek one but could not find one - came upon your tropic hat and thought I would gamble had some similarities to it and voila, he loves it. He said it is as if he is not even wearing a hat at all! Thank you and it fits to a tee - no pun intended.
