The KangaROOS shoe was born.
Life was good in the ’80s. Kids were cruising around blasting their boom box, listening to Madonna, Duran Duran and Culture Club. Pac Man, Donkey Kong and Froggy were the popular games at the arcade. Hair was big and some items were just plain essentials: leg warmers, shoulder pads and of course you had to have your KangaROOS. I love these shoes! KangaROOS fit my narrow feet super well, and they are cute and super comfy. The only downside was the back on the shoe rubbed against my Achilles for the first few times. Since then great!

This is my first Combat but maybe my 4th KangaROOS shoes. I love them. They are retro without looking silly. I got the black/gold/purple pair. Very subdued but nice. Roos always seem extremely well supportive. I never need my orthotics with them. Two thumbs up!

Love these shoes. They bring back great memories and I love showing I'm an 80's kid. They are pretty stiff though and not as comfy as I recall when I was a kid but that was a long time ago.

The arch support felt too far forward on my foot. I prefer shoes with squishy soles. These felt too firm for me. If you like firmer soles, you may like these shoes.

Love them! Anyone who grew up in the '80s most likely had a pair of these. I bought them for my sister as a great retro fun look! She loves them and always finds a reason to wear them. The only problem is that they do not make them in my size. I really wish that I could sport a pair.
I'd also recommend: Saucony, New Balance
