Super cute boot, but they put some kind of seam in the lining in the bottom of the boot that feels like you have something in the boot all the time. Very uncomfortable.

Like the previous reviewer, there is a seam that runs around the entire inside of the shoe which makes these uncomfortable to wear. Also, I didn't like how loose they fit, as my heel kept slipping up when I walked and I couldn't get them to tie down tight enough. Also, I didn't like how open and big and "poofy" the top of the shoe was. They do run big too; I normally wear an 8 and did order a 9, which fit. But this is not what I was looking for in a snow boot so I will be returning them.

Size 9 was way too big and size 8 was way too small. Not sure why there was such a big discrepancy between the sizes. It looked like a nice boot, but I couldn't find one that would fit.

Exactly, I wear a solid 8.5 normally. I tried on a 9 and they were too small. Since they only go up by full sizes, I needed a 10.

Just got these boots today and they're going back tomorrow. As the other comments state, yes, the seam in the inside of the boot is weird. So uncomfortable - and I normally wear a size 8.5, and the 9 is so small. Also the tongue wound bend into the boot so you can lace the ties? And it seems like there missing loop holes to put the ties. Very unhappy. Thank god Zappos has free returns and free shipping. So I will definitely order more shoes from Zappos.

Keep looking! The insert is smaller than the boot itself, and there was no sole insert to cover the stitching. This stitching hurts the toes, and something must be put in the boot to ease the pain. The Thinsulate identification patches are in the wrong place, and snag nylons to the point of ruin.

These boots are so cute to look at (as much as snow boots can be), but they are a horrible fit! There needs to be a comfortable insert to cushion the foot and to cover the painful insole stitching. The stitching pinched my toes, and I can't imagine how that passed quality control or whatever they call it. I'm sending them back tomorrow!
Brands I'd also recommend: Sporto, Sorrell

They are fairly big and clunky but definitely keep my feet warm and dry. You have to pull the laces fairly hard to tie them tightly. The fit is a bit snug.

Shoe is warm and comfy for those cold snowy days. Feels like your walking on pillows. Only problem is that the laces come off various times and you have to continues tie them.
