These are great boots. My son has wide feet and it is a challenge to find wide boots. Last year, we had a different Kamik boot. We were really happy with it except that it was not waterproof (which was not a problem until spring as there were no leaks when he was stomping in the snow). This year, I purchased the Waterbug. It is very comfortable for him and he wore them immediately in the house. This is a sturdy well-constructed boot that is worth the extra money.

This was not a good boot for us. The wide is not wide enough. It is actually very narrow. The liners were always wet, and my son said his feet were cold. Cold, wet, narrow boot! Zappos was great and returned the boot! We are trying the Tundra Wide Quebec. Upon first inspection it already looks warmer, wider and dry.

This boot has a removable liner that is a least a full width smaller than the boot. I ordered this boot because my toddler wears extra wide shoes. His foot only fits in the boot if we remove the liner - not good for cold temperatures. I am returning this boot. The Tundra that we ordered as a replacement fits. It isn't "extra" wide but is wide. The Tundra liner is a non removable liner, and is plush fleece rather than the stiff felt liner in this boot.

These boots are awful. You need to buy 4 sizes bigger in order to fit them on your child's feet.

Great boots! Fit seems to be true to size. They kept my little boy's feet very warm and dry while playing in the snow. And once again the service from Zappos was outstanding!

Great boot, just too small. Bummer the "Youth Sizes" end in size 6 across the board. Or just might be that I am late in the ordering this year.

I bought these for my three year old and they are great. Easy to get on and off. Easy to walk/play in. Quality/durable construction. If your child will be playing in the snow/cold they're worth the price.

Wonderful boots. My son doesn't typically need wide shoes but I could not get his foot in the regular width boot for all my life. Not even into the liner without the boot. I was worried that these would be difficult too but his foot slips in and out very easily, he is two and can do it himself. They aren't too wide either, just enough for comfort with a thick sock. The velcro strap across the top really secures his foot inside so he isn't slipping all around while he plays.

Very difficult to find wide shoes sometimes for my kids. These boots were okay in the youth size 1, but this smaller sized insert was too tight to get a foot into. The boot by itself was plenty wide.

Boot received was not wide. Couldn't tell if received regular width by mistake or not. There was nothing on the boot sizing or boot box to indicate that it was Wide width instead of Regular width and it didn't seem wide compared to our other boots. Would recommend the Tundra Quebec Wide if you need a Wide width winter boot.

These boots are great. My son had them for the past 2 winters, so this is his third pair. The liners are wonderful and warm in the snow. It is hard to find a snow boot for a child's wide foot and these fit great. Zappos is the absolute best at customer service.

Color Black 2 size 13 W. This is our second season with the Waterbug style. With these boots on our daughter never complains of being cold or wet during play. They also seem supportive enough that she can wear them for longer walks. We did not mean to order wide, but it has been OK (maybe a little easier on/off than regular width for us). The wide boot has a slightly thinner (mm) liner than the regular width boot and I think that's how it accommodates a wider foot. These wore and cleaned up great and depending on growth could even be worn another season.

They look to be well made, but don't fit my little guy's feet, as they are too narrow, even when orderd in wide. Anyone looking for an extra-wide boot would be better off loosing at the Bogs.

My 8 year old wears these boots and absolutely loves them. They're very functional and keep his heat warm in the snow. Plus, they're easy to get on and off. One note, we originally ordered the non-wide boot and they were too narrow. My son's foot doesn't measure narrow, but we re-ordered in wide and the wider boots fit him very well.

I love these boots! My son usually wears New Balance XW shoes and it is really hard to find boots for feet that wide. We live in Finland, so boots are his only footwear in the winter. These boots are perfect. They are easy to get on and get snug using the strap and the adjustment at the top. Also, they do not seem so hot that he will not be able to wear them as rain boots come spring - at least that is my hope!
