AWESOME BOOTS - Definitely run a size smaller than marked had to return my first pair. The upper portion of the boot was near impossible to get my foot through. The great customer support team had me a new pair 2 days later. They fit like a glove from my calf to my toes. You can definitely feel and see the quality in these boots. P.S. I returned a pair of baffins in the same price range that I was unhappy with .I'M GLAD I DID !!!

Centigrade - These are great winter boots. I have worn them up in Northern Quebec when it was -15 F and they were up to the task. Vermont also can have some unformidable winters as well. Though these are not ideal, they have been used for snowshoeing when it is really cold. I do recommend getting some insoles and ordering them a little larger than one would usually wear. With the added support, they become quite comfortable. They are also easy to get on and off, perfect for the trek to the woodpile in the middle of the night. They didn't require much of a break in period either. They are somewhat rigid, so driving a 5 speed with them does take some getting used to. I would highly recommend this pair of boots. Certainly a substantial improvement from the old school pac boots.

Great boots! My son absolutely loves these boots! He says that they keep his feet really warm and dry and he likes the "combat style" appearance of the boot. I am very happy with the purchase!

Zappos rocks the house! Great company, great service as always! I live in Michigan and occasionally do some ice fishing. Bought these boots for snow shoveling as well. Very warm boot. I like the idea of no laces as they are easy to get on and pull off. Do yourself a favor and get your shoes/boots from this company.

Only One Concern - The boot is incredible comfortable with a snug fit. There is only one concern, a size 10 is really about a 9 1/2. This may not be true in other styles but with this type of boot liner, assume your regular size will be small.

'WOW' boots - My son (15 1/2) is a Scout and does a lot of hiking. He went on an orienteering badge qualification and found the boots excellent as he was trudging through a LOT of muck. They are light yet very warm and comfortable for him. As they are a medium width and he has EEE sized feet, we had to get 2 sizes larger (he wears a 9 in shoes and we ordered a 10 1/2).

Awesome - I was a little leary about purchasing anything other then Sorel, but i am glad i took this chance. These boots are awesome. I am very pleased with my purchase. I work out in the snow for a living and not once have my feet got cold, plus I look good while I'm working now. LOL

I bought these a size or a half up from my normal size (I usually wear a 9 or 9.5, I bought these in a 10) and they were way too tight. I almost couldn't get them off again, so I had to return them. I didn't end up getting another pair because the next size available was like a 12. I'm leaving a rating of all 4s so as not to mess up the ratings; they seem like they would be really warm, if a bit stiff. If you buy these, definitely order a size or more up.

These shoes are pretty nice but they are very tight. I am a half size and I had to order 1 1/2 sizes up from my normal. 1/2 size up crushed my toes and I had to send them back. Got the bigger pair 2 days later thanks to Zappos great service.
