I absolutely live these boots! I'm a solid size 8 in just about every boot and shoe I buy. I found these Kamiks a tad bigger than expected so I put a pair of Ugg lambs wool insoles inside of them. Now they not only fit perfectly but are as toasty as Uggs without socks. But what I love the most is the styling of the boots. The colors are versatile without any random patches or stripes of neon pink or purple. Sophisticated and just plain cool. Oh, did I mention the price? There is nothing about these boots that I don't like. I highly recommend these Kamiks to anyone who wants a warm, fashionable and reasonably priced boots for the winter. Buy them before they're gone!

I really like how flexible the boot is, so many boots that have good protection are very rigid, this one is so much better. I also had a problem (like another reviewer) with the part of the boot where the rubber meets the leather rubbing my ankle on one foot. Since I had already thrown out the box and tags I needed to find a way to fix the problem. I put a filled can of soup in each boot and it was large enough and rigid enough to somewhat reshape the problem area of the boot. Now they are great! I will probably store the boots with cans of soup in them to hold the shape.

True to size, good fit. Lace hooks are further back to better tighten up and keep feet warm. Very rugged sole, a bit bulky, but good for traction and great for water resistance.

I recently tried these out and loved the style. The lace-up means you can make them as tight as you want, so tucking in jeans is no problem (and looks much better that way). The top is quite bulky but doesn't matter if you tuck your pants in. They seemed like they would be really warm, and the waterproof exterior really appealed to me, but as soon as I put them on I knew I'd have to send them back. The part where the white faux leather connects with the rubber bottom, particularly right above the heel, dug into my ankle so much that I could barely walk in them. This only occurred in one of the two boots. Ignoring that, the footbed was soft and the boot itself was moderately flexible. Maybe they'd work for you!
