As other reviewers have written, these run quite small. I am a 5.5 and ordered a 6, but I should have ordered a 6.5. Didn't get a chance to test how warm or waterproof they are because they were just too small. Oh well!

Love these! More comfortable than my last pair of rain boots and are cut much slimmer too, so they don't feel really clunky. Plus they're super cute.

I am searching for the perfect winter boot; the search continues. I love how these look on the screen and should have taken some of the reviews more seriously. Taking them out of the box, they are really floppy, not rigid at all. I suppose this is to be expected since it's really just a puffy coat in boot form, but I was swayed by the picture and how it is standing straight up (of course). If I had room in my closet I'd keep them as a quick, cute, pull-on boot for errands but they are too casual and free form for what I am looking for. If you're just looking for a cute boot and need no ankle support (I did not fully appreciate the meaning of this in previous reviews, or that I actually do need ankle support!), then these are a good option but for real trekking, walks and being out in the elements I don't see how these would work in the long term. Oh and I am a true size 8 and ordered a size 9 and that seemed fine, and I'm 5'3" and would have preferred them to be a bit higher up on my calf- they were about mid-calf somehow even thought they look like they'd be higher in the picture - maybe because they're slouchy. Onto the next boot...

Too snug a fit all around. Really liked the look. I am a 71/2 -8. I ordered the 8 and my toe touched the front of boot. I also have a wide calf and it just fit into the shaft of the boot.

I love these boots!! They are so comfortable and warm. They look great with jeans, leggings, and even some short skirts. A must have when tromping through the snow and slush. These boots also do a terrific job of keeping my feet dry. I usually wear an 8.5 and purchased a 9. They fit well and I have a little extra room if I want to wear a pair of thick socks.

I have high arches, could barely get these boots on. I usually wear a 9-9.5 ordered the 10 and fit. They are so pretty though but back they go!

These boots are amazing! I purchased them for the rain/snow and they have worked out great, for both walking around outside in the rain and shoveling 2 feet of snow. I was worried they would not fit my larger calves, but they do! They were odd to walk in at first, but I think that was due to their being new and the stiff rubber, abut they have broken in since. These boots are extremely comfortable. The inside sole is cushy and is very comfortable to walk around school all day in. Another benefit with these boots is that they are much cheaper than the Hunter boots, but they do not lack in style or quality. I would recommend wearing these with thick athletic socks since your feet can sweat from being in the rubber all day. Overall, I would highly recommend these boots!

These are amazing boots! I ordered these a week before the January 2016 blizzard. I walked back and forth to work (2.1 miles each way) for three days in all sorts of conditions. All told I walked about 14 miles in them that week. They were super comfortable! Super warm! I did not slip once while walking (and I am a bit of a klutz). Not even close to falling once which is something of a miracle. They still look clean despite walking through tons of sand/salt/grit. I run between an 8½ and 9, usually 9, and a 9 was perfect for me. I wore a thin pair of socks from The Gap and straight leg jeans with them and the fit was fine. One could wear thicker socks, I suspect. I was in snow banks up to my knees and never got snow down the boots. Boots were super toasty (temperatures were 20s-30s F) and my feet were never cold. The only issue I had was on day number three when I walked into work and wanted to rip them off my feet after a few minutes, they were so warm (i.e. you cannot wear them inside!). I love the way they look (black). I forgot how much I paid for them until I went back to write this review and I totally would have paid more given how nice they are!

Love these boots! I did extensive research before I purchased and they do not disappoint. I normally wear a 6/6.5 in shoe size and I bought the 7. They are a snugger fit but that is the style and exactly what I was looking for. They are also very comfortable. Originally wanted the tall Hunters but these are a similar style for 1/3 the price. Great deal! And I love that Kamik has the recycling program for the rubber, plus their manufacturing is in Canada, not China. These were two of the huge factors for my purchase!

I was looking for a pair of rain boots that I can wear year round in rain and snow. I usually wear a size 7 so I ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly. I have narrow feet and chicken legs and I love the way the boots fit on my legs. They're not tight but not too loose. Snow doesn't fall down them when i clean off my car. They're comfortable enough to wear all day and they're plenty warm. It's 18 degrees today and I didn't feel like I needed to use my fleece sock inserts. Also felt very steady on my feet walking on snow. Very inexpensive compared to other products of similar quality. I have a feeling I'll have these for a very long time. And i LOVE that they are environmentally friendly and can be recycled!

I got these today and love them! I used to own a pair of Hunter rain boots that I loved but grew out of, and decided to give these a try - they are cheaper than Hunter boots but I have to say I love these more. I am petite 5'1", and these are short and perfect for my height. I do not have thin calves but I still have about an inch left around my calves after wearing them I wanted to wear leg warmers/thicker socks. They are also pretty comfortable which is rare for rain boots. I cannot wait until it rains so I can wear them out!

I ordered these boots as I wanted truly waterproof/warm/light/comfortable boots that also looked stylish (I live in New York City) and had good tread/grip (minimal slipping). I am happy to report that these boots fit all the requirements above. When the streets in New York City had after snow storm puddles (up to your ankles or higher), I used to wear my Hunter boots with a polar fleece boot lining. This set-up was waterproof but I was slipping too much (and I am no klutz) with potential falls (on subway stairs!). Former culprits for slipping/potential falling was my FitFlop moon boot - cute but horrible for no tread. These Kamik boots have good tread so I have peace of mind there - check. I have a pair of Coach Polina Moon Boots that do have good tread and are warm and are pretty cute (although not as waterproof as the Kamik boots). When I walk for a while, the back heel is not super comfortable and feels hard and blockish. I was intrigued that the reviewer Elena below wrote that the Kamik boots fit more like sneakers. She is right. These Kamik boots are light, warm and feel like sneakers. I feel I can bolt around in these boots. The Kamik boots are very stylish (especially the shiny black). I feel much more fierce in these Kamiks then my Coach boots (sorry, Coach). The only criticisms: 1) as these very waterproof, once I am indoors, I have to get out of these Kamik boots unless I want clammy feet (then I slip into super yummy Uggs - too bad they are not waterproof). 2) if you have wide calves, these boots might hit you at an awkward place & accentuate that area (I am 5'5") 3) the ankle support is not great but I do not have that issue but others might need more support. Overall I am very happy with these Kamik boots!

These are super comfortable and fashionable rain boots for those soggy days. I love the chunky sole, because I run into a fair amount of black ice in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. These are sure to keep you on your feet.

Very warm. A bit heavy and clunky but I expect as much for snow boots. I bought a size up after reading the reviews and I think it's a little on the big side but I definitely am glad that I didn't get my regular size since I think it would be too snug. The color is not as bright as the picture. I would describe it as a deeper red, rather than bright red. The fold-down option is awesome!

These are for people who can't get Bean boots. The quality is no comparison, LLBean makes their boots in Maine and last a lifetime. These are cheap chinese knock-offs. Put yourself on the wait list for Bean boots. I just got mine and promptly returned these to zappos. Thanks Zappos!

I am so excited to have found these cute boots! I am 5'1", and finding taller boots that are not too tall can be a challenge. I can wear these comfortably with leggings and actually look kind of stylish! I like that these are waterproof and have the tread on the bottom. I have not gotten to wear them outside yet, but I am thrilled that I am ready for the next snow!

These are very comfortable and warm boots with great traction. I normally wear 9½-10 but sized up from other reviews and am glad that I did. The 11 fits perfectly.

I absolutely loved these boots for the first 5ish months or so. They were fluffy, cute, warm, waterproof, and perfect for the Syracuse, NY - Boston, MA weather I live in. However, much to my dismay, they soon started to fall apart. The inside lining ripped, they started to leak, and the hooks for the laces fell off. By the second winter, I was walking around with two plastic bags lining the inside of each boot just to keep my feet dry enough to get to class. If you are planning on wearing these for anything more than occasional, light wear - do not buy them.

I like the look of the boot. Warm and comfortable...have not been able to test out how waterproof they are.

These boots were awesome from the first time I stepped into them. They are so warm and comfortable. I needed a pair of boots for our SD winters and so glad I purchased these. I read the reviews before I bought them and so glad I did. I usually wear a 7 50 7.5 and I ordered the 8...perfect fit. If you order this boot, you will be very glad you did!
