This boot felt really snug. I had medium thickness socks on. It would be good for someone with a narrow foot and calf. The material was nice but I wonder how easily mud would wash off it.

Super cute rain boots. Runs small. I typically wear an 8, had to return and order next size up as I like to wear cotton socks.

Cute and comfy. They hit mid calf and are moderately warm. My only issue is that the liner is attached to the boot at the top opening and somewhere inside. Each time I pull it on, the liner would get pulled down into the bottom of the shoe. It made the inside bottom not line up. I wear an 8 and the 8 fit just fine. Returned though.

I had been searching for a good rainboot that would last longer than 1 year and could get me through all seasons, I found it in the Kamik Jennifer boot. I had been looking into Hunter boots due to their overwhelming popularity, but really didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. After reading other reviews for the Jennifer I saw that others were in the same boat as I was. I had also read that a lot of others were comparing the Hunter and the Kamik, and that the Kamik were just as comfortable and long lasting. So I decided to give these a try and I love them. They fit nicely and aren't too bulky. My only complaint is that due to their sleekness they are a little narrow in the calf. I was able to get a liner in but they're definitely tight when I add them. That being said the foot part of the boot is so comfortable they actually feel like sneakers. I would definitely recommend this boot for anyone looking for a sturdy, stylish, weather resistant boot!

I usually wear a size 7.5- in rain boots I've been getting size 8 for the extra room for thick socks. Even with a pair of thin darn tough socks, these are really tight! Also the height is a bit shorter than I'd like (which I would have realized if I read the whole description, but I was really trying to get a pair of Kamik's and the Jennifer fit was off too, so figured I'd try these). I can't imagine that a 9 would be better, but perhaps with thick socks. I like that the rubber feels thick, but it's just not comfortable around the front of my foot and my heel rubs the back (again, possibly i need a size up? I've never been a 9 though, that seems strange to me). returning them- didn't want black anyway, but I think I'm sticking with the le chameau's- they are crazy expensive, but just a bit more than the Hunter's that I'll send back given the poor reviews re:longevity, I'd rather pay a little more and have boots that last... and avoid the chinese labor pool (even though that's half my ancestry).

Adorable and comfortable, however, there is no arch support. May not be an issue to all, but for someone with a high arch, this is not the boot for you.

1. Very cute boot that gets a lot of attention. 2. You should know that this boot is not actually pink -- it's clear, the plastic is CLEAR and there is a thin layer of pink fabric on the inside of that clear plastic. Which means, that as time goes by and the inside of your boot gets dirty, or you wear black socks which rub off on tha pink fabric, it will show through the clear plastic on top and look dirty. Not cute. 3. The mid-calf thwack of the black band at the top of the boot takes a lot of getting used to. I usually tuck my jeans into this boot just to cut down on the thwack and rubbing of that black band at the top of the boot against my legs. That black band has also left a thin black ring around my calf before. Not cute. 4. Even with these problems, would I buy this boot again? Yes. It's Hot Pink! And very stylish. They didn't have my size (6.5) so I got a 7 and put inserts in. Off to the races.

Caution! These are tall boots and reach to the widest part of the calf. They fit very snug at the top; so snug that I was uncomfortable in them and shipped them to my daughter who is a thin woman who wears the same size shoe. If you are a normal to large woman, go for the shorter boot.

I bought these boots for the wet New England springs and those slushy in-between days. So far, they have not disappointed. I've been through puddles and stayed dry, and looked good while doing it. These boots are so cute and have a unique shade of red. Have definitely gotten compliments. My only qualm? They are hard to put on and take off. Since the boots have that lovely shape which is more contoured (not a big tube like other rubber boots) it makes getting your foot in more challenging. I still kept them because I love how they look, they are comfortable (once your foot is in), they are well made and look like they will last and finally I really love the sustainability commitment of the company! I definitely recommend the boot.

So cool! Love these! I got so many compliments the first night I wore these out...a complete stranger actually took a picture of them and put it on Facebook. Yeah, they are that cute.

This color is sensational! I've gotten compliments from people on the street! Fit is fine for me, though it took a couple of times to get used to the calf fit. I'm happy when it rains so I can wear my new purple boots!

The color shows a nice grey, but it is a dull olive. Also VERY large in the calf. Where are boots for thin women?

The reviews for these were so mixed, but I decided to get them since Zappos' customer service is so consistent! Unfortunately, they were not a good fit. As one reviewer said, they are very narrow in the calf/ankle/heel: so narrow, in fact, that once I managed to wedge my entire foot inside the boot, I had to enlist help getting it off! Oddly, the actual shoe part fit well - size 7 was only the slightest bit snug (odd for a rain boot). Although there is a strange, bumpy texture on the footbed, and a hard, sort of belt-type thing which wraps around the inside of the heel - which might be uncomfortable, but I will never know! I am really disappointed because I need rain boots, and I refuse to pay for Hunter's. Perhaps a different style in the Kamik, But really, after that style, I wonder if they are just poorly designed. On the plus side: they at least look well-made.

I bought these in both an 8 and a 9 (I usually wear an 8). Both fit, but the 8 are tight at the ankle and top to bottom, making it hard to walk and to get out of. The 9s are snug in the same way, so the slight extra room in the toe isn't a problem. I would, therefore, say these run a bit small and I am returning the 8s. Otherwise, I have received a lot of compliments on them. I am 5'3", they come to a little below my knee. They are stiff, making stairs and driving a bit difficult, but I will sacrifice that for durability and dry feet. They are otherwise easy to walk in for moderate distances (~1 mi) and I have already gotten great use out of them. I also like that, once they are spent, you can return them to Kamik to be recycled.

They do NOT run large. I am normally an 11.5 and read the reviews that said they ran large. Well, they don't so now I am returning them. I am not happy about it at all. Everything else looks to be cool, like that they are brown and not black or green.

These boots are wonderful! Really well made and great traction. They are more olive than the picture appears, but still really cute. I would follow others' recommendations and get a larger size. I typically wear an 8 or an 8 1/2 and opted to get a 9 and they fit perfectly with just enough room for thicker socks when desired.

Great looking but functional rain boots. These are very comfortable. They don't have support like tennis shoes do, but there is enough. My only complaint is that when taking them off by using the other boot, they get scuffed if one is not careful. My main reason for purchasing these was because they are made of natural rubber and not PVC (which is horrible for people and the environment).

LOVE these boots! wear a size 8, ordered a size 8. Can wear that or a half size larger for heavier socks. Boots are very well made, good toe room, comfy and all the pluses. I have been wearing them gardening. Yes, feet get hot as they are waterproof, but they are also bug bite proof. Would have another pair if I could. FYI: My foot is more narrow with high arch, calf size is average.

Just what I needed for walking the dog in wet/muddy weather. I wear a size 11 and am 5'9" with athletic 15 1/2" calves. The 11 fits just a little roomy in the foot (perfect for thicker socks) and the calves fit just right over my skinny and straight leg jeans. Great functional boot, wish they came in a gloss finish or patterns....

Such a great buy! Snow's melting and I love wearing these as I walk the dog. They fit over skinny jeans and are comfortable enough to walk for a few miles in. They also look cute and are well-priced.

Comfortable. They will keep my feet and ankles from getting wet and muddy. I have muscular calves, so they are a bit tight at the top, but not uncomfortable.
