I love this skirt! I am apple-shaped and have always had a thicker middle and thin legs - clothes are hard to find for me. This skirt is roomy enough in the waist that it doesn't pinch but it hugs my curves and makes me feel thin because it fits me in all the right places. It's the perfect combination of sexy and professional. It washes up beautifully, too!

As others have remarked, my usual size 8 needed to be exchanged for size 10. Glad I did it 'cause the skirt is one I will have for many seasons.

I bought this skirt to match a business blazer, and was disappointed by the fit. This is not a business style skirt. The fit is a little funky for me -- the waist was too large while the rest of the skirt was very tight. It fit tight across my thighs and under my bum, so definitely not appropriate for formal wear. It also fit too low, and ended right in the middle of my knee. Could be cute on some people, but definitely too tight for business attire for me!
