Kalso Earth

Impossibly tight in the toe. I have owned 4 pairs of these sandals and loved every pair. Not anymore. I thought I had ordered a bad pair so I ordered 2 more. They were all terrible. If you loved these shoes over a year ago, you won't love them now. Totally different sizing, short in the heel and straps are too tight. I'm so disappointed as these are the only sandals I have purchased for the last 5 years. I'm going to try Fitflops.

These shoes are so friggin' adorable, BUT as one reviewer pointed out, the strap is a little fussy. It didn't matter how I adjusted the strap the heel still slipped. I think it's because they do run a little large. My toes were pretty far from reaching the toe area. The thing is though I'm afraid of buying a smaller size because my left foot is larger than my right and I've had trouble with one shoe fitting and the other shoe being too short. I really don't want to send these back, especially since they finally got the big brain bit and used CLOTH ON THE FOOTBED! There's nothing more irksome to me that a sweaty, slippery, leather or plastic footbed on shoes that are obviously intended to be worn without socks! What's with that shoe people?! I have to shell out more money to buy Summer Soles and they aren't cheap! At any rate, sadly these are going back. I am disappoint.

Earth shoes are fantastic and have worn them for over 20 years now. I need a bit more arch support than the norm so put an orthotic arch insert and they fit wonderfully! If you are thinking of them, just do it! Skechers are a fad and built without care, don't hold up and are way over-priced. K/ES have been great quality for years so stick with what works not what you might think makes you look cool and empties your wallet.

These shoes are cute and comfy, but just don't fit well. Seemed wider than they should be. Ordered them a little more than 24 hrs ago, what great service

These are the most UNCOMFORTABLE shoes I have ever put on. I wore them all day at work and by the end of the day I had blisters on my heals and couldn't wait to take them off. I did not buy them from Zappos and can not return them. I contacted Earth Shoes a week ago and still have not heard back from them. I am so disappointed.

I found these to be comfortable shoes! I have worn them while standing on my feet for hours, and not gotten tired, and they also are cute basic black flats. You cannot go wrong! One negative I found is that they stain the tops of your feet black if you wear them without socks.

These Kalso Earth shoes are great, very comfortable, great arch support and cute on the foot. Sadly, I have to return them because my feet were pronating inward, behind the strap, toward the heel. Kalso Earth are still my favorite shoes!

Love these sandals but this pair and the past 2 pairs have been tight in the big toe loop. My daughter and are very disappointed with this problem since they are the only sandals we wear. I've seen other reviews with the same problem. One pair tore at the base after only wearing them a few times and I had to have them repaired. I'm going to try the next size to see if there is a difference.

This is a great pair of shoes! I definitely have "problem" feet and in these shoes I've finally found a shoe that has some style while offering me comfort and support.

Best shoes I've ever owned! I recently discovered I have 2 degenerative disks in my lumbar. I bought these shoes to help me align my posture better. These shoes felt like heaven the first time I put them on. I can also feel my calves getting stronger and my back feeling better each time I wear these shoes. Thank you Kalso Earth Shoes for helping me stay pain-free!

Love these shoes but the sole lining in the right shoe curled up under the toes and I couldn't flatten it out. Reordered the same shoes. Hope it doesn't happen again because I do love the shoes.

These shoes are like buttery slippers but go every with most everything. Extremely comfortable. Great quality and hold up very well. I have gold. They are my "get going" choice for style and comfort. Home Run Kalso-Earth!

Love the amazing comfort! Shoe bed is so soft , padded and the negative heel is energizing. I love the airy lace. Very cool on a warm day. I have no problem with the width of the strap. It goes with so much. I will be getting some scotch guard to protect the lace and edges from dirt. Extreme comfort and style!

This is the most comfortable style of Kalso Earth shoes that I have ever worn. I have two older pairs that are suede and leather, so I was very happy when I saw these on the website. I received multiple compliments about how they looked the first day that I wore them. At the end of the day, my feet and knees and back felt terrific! Please make more colors!

Love! So comfortable. Maybe runs a little small. I wear an 8.5 and had to order an 8 but 9 may be too big.

These shoes cause me to feel like my feet are falling asleep. Not really what I wanted in a shoe at this price. I have never had this problem with any other shoes. These have an elastic section at the back that, I believe, pushes on the Achilles tendon and causes this.

Now my "signature footwear", I have loved treading earth on the "negative heel" design, a Kals Earth Shoes trademark, since Aug 2008 in the black Cabo-K. I am currently on my fourth pair of these vegan sandals thanks to Kals and Zappos, the materials being used seem to have changed since that first pair in 2008, and I am replacing the Cabo San Lucas 2 faster due to wear. An amazingly positive experience is my description of that first shoe purchase from a website, and with the legendary Zappos customer service over the phone and online info, all the pairs have fit right out of the box.

I was excited to find the negative heel Kalso Earth brand in flip flops because I've loved the sneaker-type shoes from them and I think these are really cute. But I couldn't even take one step in these sandals. (I couldn't answer the questions about size, width, and arch support because I couldn't get them on to test them.) The straps are stiff and unyielding and I could barely squeeze my big toe through the hoop. They killed my bunion! I thought from the picture there would be plenty of room and the straps looked to be soft with a little give to them, but I was wrong. Sadly, I've had to return them.

I have been wearing Earth shoes for about 6 years and I love them. My last pair of flip flops finally gave out after heavy wear for 2 years so I ordered a new pair. I wear a size 7, sometimes an 8. I ordered a 7 and they were way too small (not even as long as my foot). I exchanged them for a size 8, which were still so narrow I couldn't get my foot in them. I might try a 9, but I have the feeling they will be too long and the arch will be in the wrong place. I am very disappointed. I was a loyal Earth Shoe customer, but I do feel that their quality has gone downhill in the past few years.

I bought these shoes about 3 years ago and wore them to death over 2+ years. I loved them and even bought them as a gift for my Mom. With summer coming, I wanted a new pair. Sadly, something seems very different. The plastic connection in the middle was irritating right away and the shoe, overall, seemed very tight. I am tempted to try a wide.
