I don't like shoes without a back and am not a flip flop fan due to little support and toe irritation but this shoe is fantastic! Great support, comfortable shoe bed, back strap and toe thong. They do run a little wide, but I like that as I am usually in between a Medium & Wide for width and these are perfect. What I would change is the irregular 'rock looking' decoration.

I loved these sandals. They were just what I was looking for. I didn't realize (okay, didn't pay attention) to the fact that these are not actually "negative" heel, but are 0 heel, but they work great for me. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was the insole on the right heel came unglued within a few weeks of easy wear & had to return them (after trying to glue them myself). I ordered another pair and so far so good. Really like the style, they stay on well and I like the fabric for the insole - if they just stay put!

This is second pair of this style I have gotten. These are the casual shoes you live in! I have done everything from hiking and dancing to just a casual shopping trip in comfort and casual style. I want every color!

These shoes saved my feet at work! No more sore soles or lower backache with these. I get compliments on them, too. I must be a sloucher, so the negative heels are an answer to my prayers!

I have liked the Kalso Earth maryjane style, however this shoe seemed larger with a shift in the arch support. Sorry it didn't work out. I also suggest setting the strap maybe 1/2 inch further away from the ankle.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I was looking for a sandal that I would be able to do a lot of walking in comfortably, and was also business casual. These fit the bill perfectly! They also didn't take any kind of breaking in.

Well, I loved the shoe as far as comfort goes. But I am very disappointed in the durability. I purchased these flip flops two years ago and they have literally fallen apart. Yes, I do wear these shoes often. Every day? Not even close! For some time now (like a year) they have been getting worn out around the edges and heel, making them not really acceptable to wear in public. So I just kind of wear them around the house. Now the whole strap pulled out! I feel like flip flops at this price should have a lot more life than I got out of these. Seriously, I have Old Navy $2.50 flip flops that out-lasted these!

Love this style; however, the upper materials are rough/uncomfortable/harsh on the foot top/toes. I have worn Earth Shoes for many years/different styles and this is the first problem I have encountered. Style is worth repeating, just soften the upper fabric. My favorite pair of Earth shoes were similar style and vegan. They are ten years old now and I am still wearing/loving them!

I tried these on locally and didn't buy them (now I wish I had) because apparently each shoe can fit quite differently. The ones in the store were perfect but the pair I received from zappos pinched my skin above my toe. I went back to local store and tried on two size eight in blue and one was okay and the other one pinched. So I guess I'm giving up on these shoes for now. The footbed is amazing and if the top fits right, they are perfect. I wish the strap "size" was more consistent. I have medium to narrow feet so it was strange to have the shoes pinch.

I love Kalso Earth Shoes and needed a some nice sandals for an upcoming trip. These came today and I put them on right out of the box and took them for a one mile walk. They are so comfortable, I ordered some for my sister. I took the advise I read in the other reviews, I wear a size 8 1/2 and ordered a size 9. Happy feet!

I was looking for some classier, yet comfortable/supportive sandals to replace the Orthaheel flip flops I've been wearing daily. These shoes have been great, they're incredibly comfortable! I first ordered a size six, but they run a little bit small. When I wanted to make an exchange, the new shoes came the next day and were great!

I attempted to make this my first pair of Earth shoes. I have a friend that has an older pair and swears by them for comfort. I just had bilateral knee replacements so comfort in a shoe with good support is a must for me. I usually wear a 7 or a 7.5 so in this shoe I ordered a 7 and an 8. The 7 was too short. The 8 fit, but I felt walking was very difficult in this shoe. For lack of a better description, I felt as though I was walking uphill finding it very difficult to walk normal in this shoe. While I prefer a pretty, strappy sandal I thought the style was cute and appropriate for capris and shorts. I gave a 3 star for comfort but only because the foot bed is comfy and the arch support is good. I'm disappointed that this shoe didn't work out for me. I'm going to try the Keen sandal now and see how I do with that.

These are not real Kalso earth shoes because there is no negative heel here! It is the new zero heel. It feels very very flat and has no arch suppose at all. It is comfortable in the house but I know it would never cut it for a day of walking. And it is not what I am looking for when I order such expensive Kalso earth shoes! I can get cheap flat shoes at the mall! Come on; Bring back the negative heel!

Wow, my feet have been unhappy this last year & I have a hip going bad. I wore these first day for 9 hours & my feet or my hip did not hurt that day or the following day as they would with many shoes now. 100% better than Birkenstocks, I have had a pair of those for 3 years & they still give me blisters on the arch where they are too high. Earth are much Lighter, Footbed like a marshmallow, You can actually push down on the cork with your finger & it will give, unlike the hard Birks. The Earth Zero is my new favorite & I will buy all I can afford!

I was looking for a ballet slipper to travel with and spotted these. I like how the criss cross straps are adjustable thus, offering added top support which most ballet slippers do not. I ordered both the 5.5 and 6. The insole offers a modicum of support so I experimented with other insoles. I removed their insole and slipped in my Ariat's from my riding boots and 5.5 fit perfectly. I tried the insoles from my Finn Comfort and they fit with the 6. After sampling these around the house for a couple of hours, I realized that the shoe probably would not enable me to hold up all day touring and sightseeing. However, they would suffice to wear on the plane, mull around the hotel or for light, short touring. I do recommend them for wearing around the house and running errands.

I bought these for work 10-hours-on-my-feet shifts. They are nice and roomy in the toe box. Arch support is nice. The heels are stiff and rub blisters on both heels. I will keep them, because I think they will break in well. I give them 3 stars because they are comfortable, but not any more comfortable than say, Clarks or Soft Spots. Definitely more expensive than Clarks and Soft Spots. Zappos! On the other hand is awesome. I wish all companies were run as efficiently as Zappos.

These shoes are very cute. The only problem is that you cannot wear socks with them, and if they do not fit perfectly they rub your feet really badly.

Extremely comfortable sandal! Bought this sandal for a trip to France and it did not disappoint. Adjustable straps fit my narrow foot well. Great travel shoe that can be worn with anything.

I really wanted this shoe to work as my Lazers and glide Earth shoes are a bit worn, but they don't work. I should have listened to the people who had difficult feet and not even bothered with these. The arch support is minimal, the sole of the shoe is thin, the toe box is narrower than precious styles but they are cute! But cute doesn't make up for zero comfort and no support. These are going back. I am still searching for Earth athletic shoes that are comparable to the Glide or Lazer, but have concluded Earth has changed its design and focus. More importantly, Earth is not listening to its customers. If you have difficult feet or really like the Lazer or Glide, then these shoes aren't for you.

Great shoe! Purchased as a change from a "normal" flip flop. Sturdy cushioned footbed but takes a little bit of getting used to due to the negative heel. My foot is an average width and the cross piece didn't pinch or rub.

These are very comfortable with good arch support, cushioning and lots of toe room. The color seems a bit yellower than the cantaloupe color pictured. I just could not tolerate the negative heel. I felt I was falling over backwards. Plus they made my small foot look really clunky. These are going back.
