Had to order half size bigger and then, even with plenty of room in the toe, the back strap seems to be too long and her heel hangs off the back. Soft leather but back they go!

Very cute gender neutral sandals. I bought them as dress sandals for my little guy because a lot of his dress clothes had white in them. We always have had to guess on the size when we've ordered Jumping Jacks. I have never ordered a pair true to size. Sometimes they have been big but sometimes they have run small. Very high quality and comfortable though and since Zappos has free shipping, it is worth the size guessing to order this brand.

my daughter now wears an 11 1/2 shoe and the 30 which is marked 12-12 1/2 just fit now, which doesn't work since i don't need them for 2-3 months. the wide did not look any wider than the regular width, i put one of each on my daughter's foot. that being said, they are really cute and she loves them and will order in one size up.
