Great sunglasses! I have been looking for a mountaineering sunglass for awhile and found these made by Julbo to be perfect for me. Those of us who have been blessed with larger noggins will appreciate the sizing on the large dolgans. I love the coverage on the sides of glasses to prevent reflective glare on the sunniest of days in the mountains. The glasses seemed to handle persperation and fogging really well. I would suggest these glasses to anyone who wants a quality sunglass intended for the mountain enviroment. I have the bronze/orange selection and will probably order the black version as well.

These glasses are well made and durable. They are not the cheapy hard plastic glasses you see for $5 everywhere. Much better quality. Three comments however: 1. the lenses are far too dark and this model only comes that way. 2. they are a touch too small for my 2 year old's head. 3. the lenses scratch rather easily although everything else is durable. I ended giving these to my 1 year old and they fit her great. I am thinking about getting the next size up Julbos for my two year old who was supposed to get them. I would think twice about purchasing them for any 2-4 years head. Just too small.

I bought these as a gift for my nephew because they work great for my daughter. They stay on her head and she can put them on without putting them on upside-down or breaking them, great flex! We have had ours for two years and they still fit great. Excellent value!

These sunglasses did not prove to respond to light as I thought that they would being "photochromic". They were comfortable enough, but the strap could not be removed. Not quite as pretty as the picture, but I might have kept them anyway if they had truly been responsive to light.

Very mirror-y and snug. If you like the mirrored look, these will suit you fine. I found them to fit too close to my eyes, and a bit snug around my small-ish face. But for light-sensitivity, these are very good as they work very well to screen out glare and light.

Great Trail Glasses - Tested On Hawaiian Trails - Me and my wife ordered these glasses because we were training for a 10-mile volcano run. As part of our training we ran on various terrains (sand, rocky seashore, rain forests). The rain forests were particularly rough and technical. I was really worried about having them slip down my nose because all glasses I've tried in the past have done so. The Julbos stayed in place on all runs and they were so light we forgot we were wearing them at the end of the run. I didn't need to adjust them once during my runs. They had a tendency to actually brighten the terrain (which took some getting used to) and made objects clearer. Construction is sturdy and can take a sitting on or two.

Cute, durable kid glasses - I love these glasses for my two year old! The only downside (besides the cost!) is the strap which is kind of useless - I thought it would be great for keeping the glasses on her but she doesn't like how it feels and just pulls them right off anyway. I ended up just taking the strap off and now she wears them all the time. And they are completely unbreakable (so far!).

Excellent for everyday!I have a pair of these with the X6 Chameleon lenses which just adds the photochromic aspect and I love them! I have eyes that are very sensitive to the light and it gets pretty bright here in Minnesota around all these lakes. I wear them everyday. I get some strange looks once in a while from the folks around my small town because of their "glacier glasses" look that makes them look like goggles, but I could care less! They work for me. They do look a little big at first (and I have a pretty medium sized head!) but they fit very well and I found that the adjustable ear molds and the attached strap will take care of pretty much any slippage during any activity you can come up for them. These are a must have if you need good, all around eye protection.

Comfort?? Maybe?Great looking glasses; however, after using them they did require some getting use to. The glasses seem to hang low on the bridge of the nose, and the leather sides dig into your cheek bones. I use them for hiking, fishing, and being that high winds are predominant here they offer good protection from flying debris. A few minor adjustments and the glasses now fit great!

Not glacier rounds...Same great lens, similar style-one big bonus is the adjustable type earpiece and spring temples-those on my rounds would always break. A more than decent replacement but there's nothing like the original! I have worn nothing but Julbo for 20 years now and could not be more satisfied.

My daughter LOVES these - After reading the reviews I thought that these would be perfect for my 1.5 yr old daughter on our vacation. I was not disappointed. She put them on as we would go out the door and keep them on even in the pool. If they get broken this summer I will definitely purchase another pair. You do not need to leave the band - I didn't so that my daughter could work with them. And because they are completely plastic, although she would bend the arms completely outward, they still would not break. AWESOME and CUTE.

Cute comfy sunglasses - I wanted real sunglasses for my two young boys that would be comfortable and stay on easily. These are great and cute, too. We also tried the Julbo Kola X4 and they did not fit at all and slid right off my younger son’s nose. I wasn't happy with them at all and just decided to get the same pair for both of them.

THE BEST you can get!Don't even bother with cheapo sunglasses for you little one's eyes, these are the best for so many reasons. They are unbreakable, reversible (no "up-side-down"), so my toddler loves putting them on and wearing them. I take off the strap, but keep it handy for the pool or beach. Lastly, they look adorable - very "cool" if you will. We like the pink for our 2 yr old girl. Well worth the money. Enjoy!

Great for sand and snow - I bought these glasses b/c I'm in the military at a desert location and it is very sunny. I had a pair of other glasses that let in about 15% light these glasses let in about %5 light. What a difference! No more squinting and no more head aches from the light. I gave them 4 stars overall because they get smudged really easy and you need to be careful cleaning them. Also if you are in the military they are slightly mirrored, so depends on how strict your unit is...

My 2-year-old son loves his sunglasses - These sunglasses are very well-made. My son only wears them in the car so I don't know how durable they are yet. But the material is definitely of high quality (not the cheap plastic stuff). They are also very stylish. I definitely think that they are worth the money (with the UV protection). And I love the fact that you get free overnight shipping.

Julbo Infant/Toddler sunglasses - These are great for your little one. One of the best things about them is that there is no wrong way to turn them putting them on. As anyone with toddlers will tell you - they don't want help and they don't want you to fix them after they have put them on. The strap is too hard for a toddler to take off, but an adult can. My only problem is that I wish they made a bigger (wider) pair in the same style. If you have a two or older toddler on the high side of the growth chart they are tight and you really have to bend the ears pieces out.

Great glasses!! They are for my 2 year old and they really fit his face perfectly! They are the ONLY glasses that he will keep on. As he is very sensitive to the sun I am so grateful that we found them!! Prior to these we had the smaller version but these are perfect for his face now!!! I love the look of the orange and gray as he looks like a "rock star" PLUS he can put them on him self and they are never upside-down!! They are worth every penny!!
