I also bought this cutting board and I love it. Mine does sit perfectly flat and I have used it almost daily over several months. It is also wonderful as a bar board or to take on picnics since its lighter than a wood board. I am planning on buying a few fo gifts this year too.\r\n

This product looked like it would be very useful even though I thought it was overpriced. After very few uses, it would no longer lay flat when chopping. I was very disappointed & eventually put it with the garage sale items.
