A great stylish shoe, I wouldn’t consider them ultra dressy, but they are definitely dressier looking than your average shoe. The style is also a great dressy/casual look. Very lightweight shoe with some great support. I bought these and another pair of Siebels and was not dissapointed. I was an Ecco fan and have found this brand is parallel in quality. Will definitely be buying more of this brand in the future. As I noted in another Siebel review, I usually wear a 43 in Ecco, but found a 43 in this brand was a size too large and had to return for a 42 which fits like a glove.

I recently purchased a pair of Josef Seibel Vigo 02 to wear for my trip to Spain. I wanted a shoe that was dressy and casual. They are comfortable for travel and walking. I must admit that these are the sixth pair of Joseph Seibel's that I own. Most shoe departments carry only one or two styles but I've found that Zappos usually has the full line. Hopefully I can resist buying my seventh pair.

I have five pairs of Josef Seibel shoes and in my opinion they're all the most stylish shoes I've ever owned. The Vigo 02 bicycle toe in black with the brown contrast stripe are particularly nice. The Steven sandals in Roma Marone are even nicer.

Ever bought a pair of shoes twice? This shoe in brown was my introduction to Josef Siebel. I figured I would wear it a couple of times before putting it in rotation, but it never made it there. Before I knew it this was the only pair of shoes I wanted to wear. I had never worn a casual shoe this comfortable out of the box or anything this light in weight. I went back to buy a pair in black and just ended up rotating those two pairs. I had worn the sole so thin on my brown pair that if you put your hand on the inside of the shoe and press down a finger, you would actually see where your finger tip was from the bottom of the sole. I have never worn a pair of soles this thin without them cracking. I finally decided to buy these again in the brown as I can now feel the ground I walk on, but also ordered some other Josef Siebel shoes to put in rotation. I now own six pairs of Josef Siebels and can tell you that their sizing is very consistent and they make a great shoe. Their brown is called "Roma", it really looks good, but do not use a brown polish on these or you will ruin that tint.

These are really light and comfortable shoe. the leather is already broken in right out of the box. the profile is sleek and modern. took a little while to get used to the in-sole, but I like it now. As a teacher who is always on his feet, I'm very pleased.

So comfortable. This is the most comfortable dress shoe I've ever owned. Didn't need to be broken in either. One problem: the sole makes a squeaky noise on some surfaces when walking. Wood floors are especially embarrassing.

For years I've owned nothing, but Eccos. I look for a comfortable and durable shoe because I spend hours on my feet at work. This is my second pair of Josef Seibel shoes. The quality is excellent. The style selections are very good and the comfort can't be beat. I'll keep buying Josef Seibel in the future.

These shoes are super comfortable, and look great. My only concern is that the sole feels very thin (not the heel) and I am worried that the shoe will not last as long as one with a firmer, more substantial sole and these do not feel like a expensive soles. I kind of feel like for the money, you should get a super high-quality and durable sole that will last for years. Hopefully I am wrong, because this looks like an awesome shoe. Time will tell.

I bought the Seibel Vigo to replace some older Ecco shoes. I found the Seibel shoes to be more comfortable than the Ecco shoes. The brown color of the pair I received was lighter than pictured, but not by much.
