I was so excited for UPS to deliver my package and so quickly, too. However, I do have mixed emotions about this boot. I always wear a 38 in a Seibel. This is true to fit. It does have that 14 inch circumference as stated. So good for all us skinny girls. The height is not as quoted though. Was really looking forward to that 15 inch shaft height to elongate the leg. Disappointed with 12.5 inches from heel to top and 13.5 inches from arch. Still cute and going to keep, but not the boots expected from description measurements and just a cute pair that fits. These hit 5 inches below the knee bend, and I am only 5'6 inches tall. Don't order and expect knee boots!
