This is a terrific pair of work shoes to dress up an outfit when you need comfort and good looks. As another review stated go down a size - these run large.
Brands I'd also recommend: Sofft, Oh! Shoes, Modelista

Beautiful shoe, but I have high arches and this shoe had an uncomfortable high arch mid width, not only at the instep. Very weird and disappointing. Going back!
Brands I'd also recommend: try Josef Seibel Mary instead - comfy!

These shoes look cute, but they are not up to the usual Josef Seibel standards of quality. After about a week of wear, the sole on the right shoe separated from the heel. I am still wearing the shoes a month later, but I doubt they will hold out as long as my previous Josef Seibels did. These shoes are also less comfortable than other Josef Seibels. There is less cushioning, and my foot slips forward in the shoe so that the leather digs into the top of my foot as I walk. As a size 7.5, I usually wear size 38 Josef Seibels, but these shoes run large, so that even size 37 feels loose with nylon stockings.
