I have a hard time to find the right shoes. I always end up return it. This time, I keep it. This one is very comfortable. I ordered another color. Black and light brown, they all look pretty.

I have a difficult time with shoes and took a chance and ordered after reading the only review on the site. I love them! Shopping for another pair in a different color.

Josef Seibel is one of my favorite brands for shoes that typically fit me very well. I usually wear a 40 in this brand, but in this case a 40 was too big overall and in particular too wide across the middle of my foot. And the strap with velcro close mechanism (a design I like a lot) was way too long, due to the too wide shoe, to be able to snug it up for fit. Very cute but just not a fit for me.

I had bought a pair of Rieker sandals which were too wide. I had difficulty logging onto your website and called your 800 number for help and exchange directions. I received the most pleasant, courteous, respectful help you could ever imagine. No robot talk, no bum's rush -- just an incredibly charming and professional person. I exchanged the Riekers for J. Seibel and find them well-fitting, comfortable, and amusing. Also, wonderfully lightweight. Just what I wanted. I live in Maine where people generally slop around in ugly, nasty-looking sneakers and these shoes are such a breath of fresh air! Thank you for your free shipping, your easy exchange procedure, but most of all, for your exceptional staff.

I love these! They look beautiful and they are like walking on air. I bought them for work because I'm on my feet most of the time, and they are everything I wanted and more. I don't want to take them off! They're perfect for work, play, running errands and super cute on top of it!
