I love these shoes. They were comfortable straight out of the box and I can wear them all day as a walking shoe. The heel is high enough that it keeps my pants off the ground and the platform sole keeps me stable and out of the rain and muck. I wear them with either thin or thick socks and the fit stays the same in either. They are a nice dark red color, which gives me a bit of red without overpowering the rest of my wardrobe. I have received many compliments on these shoes, although, I think they do still look a bit like comfort shoes.

Josef Seibel is a well made shoe. This is not my first pair of Josef Seibel. I needed a clog to replace a Merrell I have worn forever and they quit making it so I got this clog after trying many. This shoe has more style than my old stand by Merrell. It is comfortable too. Zappos customer service people are the best.....courteous...helpful etc. I love shopping on Zappos.

I’m very happy with this shoe. I’ve had a pair of black clogs for the past 15 years that finally wore out after almost daily use. I looked long and hard for something to replace my Old Friends, and these shoes fit the bill. I took a chance ordering online without trying on, but the customer reviews convinced me to go ahead and risk it. I even ordered the same shoe in two colors. Well, the reviews were right. This is a comfortable, attractive, and very practical shoe - worth the slightly higher price.

Exactly right - love these shoes -
I wanted a really comfortable, easy clog to take the place of the fur lined one I've been addicted to all winter. This is it. I tried it on in a store but ordered it from Zappos because they are THE BEST. Since then I've tried other clogs, but none are as comfortable for me as these - the padding is wonderful, and the shape with jeans is just right - not too delicate, not too clunky. I'll have then forever. Ordered the 38 - fit my size 7 foot just right. Go up a size if you're in doubt.

These are so stable, cute and comfortable that I would have paid much more. I have feet problems in general, and have tons of shoes that I only wear a couple of times. On the other hand, I've only taken these off when I am home. They are great.

Nice shoe -
These are comfortable and nice looking shoes. They are a good quality. The leather is soft, so they do lose that crisp look that some clogs retain that have a sturdier structure and they look broken in quite quickly. They fit a bit small and I needed to reorder a size up from my normal size.

Ahhhhh! Foot Heaven!
This is my first pair of Seibel clogs and I'm very pleased. So comfortable from the moment I took them out of the box. I have tons of Seibel sandals in size 41, but fit the 42 in these clogs. I have a narrow foot and the clog has a nice "collar" that holds them to my foot without slipping. The toe box is roomy. The support is great.

I'm very happy with this shoe. I first ordered size 7(37) which is what I normally wear, but this shoe does run size smaller as suggested. I sent the shoes back and ordered a size 8 (38) which fit just right.

So comfortable...
This shoe is heaven to wear - very light-weight but great support. I usually wear a 10.5, but the 10 fits well. It looks like a clog.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes I have purchased in a long time. Great right out of the box! I participate in tradeshows for my company and stand for 8 hours a day and my feet are always swollen and tired.....not with these shoes!!! They fit great! I wear a 9 and I ordered a 9.

This shoe is comfortable right out of the box. The first day I wore them for 12 straight hours, doing a lot of walking and standing. I think Seibel's are consistently a little on the small side. I typically wear a 39 in other shoes, but always get a 40 with this brand.

First Timer -
My first time to order from Zappos and what a treat. The service was great and the shoes were exactly what I wanted. I was a little hesitant because of the European sizing but with help from customer service I now have a great pair of shoes. The size and color are perfect. No break in time, so comfortable the first time I put them on. I live in a very small town with NO shoe shopping available. I will be a Zappos shopper forever!

Rarely do you come a cross a shoe that has the three things needed to make it perfect. Style, fit and adaptability. I can say without hesitation, this one has it all. I wear a 9 wide, which in most circles is clunky... I put these shoes on, not only lost what appeared to be a good size in length, but there is nothing wide about them. Oh, I had cute feet! That alone is a day maker! The way the shoe is constructed it hugs were it should (comfortably) and allows room in the toe box for a non-cramping fit. They are at home with jeans... slacks or a skirt and tights. If you have never tried Joseph Seibel, give yourself a treat. They are made better than most, last a very long time and become more comfortable as you go. Life just gets better in great shoes!!
