Comfortable, cushioned platform. Excellent fit. Well constructed of quality leather. Worth the money. Since shoe manufacturing has been off-shored (i.e. China) designated size is meaningless. These however are a true fit.

I've been looking for a saddle oxford for quite a while. When I saw these, I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. I got the Dark Brown Nubuck and I'm really glad I purchased them. They actually look even better than on Zappos browser. The leather actually has a little more shine than they how on the browser.I wear a 9.5D and the 9.5D in these fit quite well with perhaps a little extra room for thicker socks. The sheepskin lining is amazingly soft. They feel great with little or no break in period. I love the fact that they're "water proof". So, I don't have to worry when wearing them in wet weather. I only wish that this shoe came in a solid black. All in All, I really don't think you can go wrong with these Johnson & Murphy shoes. Other than being a little pricey, I believe you're getting what you paid for.
I'd also recommend: Bostonian, Allen-Edmonds

This is a good looking shoe. It is fairly comfortable to wear, but took some breaking in as the leather was a bit stiff. I had to exchange it for a full size smaller shoe, which i almost never have to do.
