These shoes are so adorable, but run really small. I normally wear a 6 and could barely get my foot in it. I suspect I would need a 6.5 or even a 7, but they are all sold out. I recommend scoffing these up if you are 1/2 size smaller than whatever they have left! Also I am always afraid satin is going to look too "promish" or "dyeable", but this satin looks almost more like fabric because it doesn't have that telltale "sheen." A definite winner.

Great looking, but slippery; watch out! This boot is very high quality and has a very nice look. I love the narrowing wedge heel. The sole, however, is absolutely smooth with no traction whatsoever! Wear this boot on carpet or outdoors on wet surfaces or in snow and you're guaranteed to slip! I had to take my boots in to get a grippy sole attached to the bottom of the footbed. After I got the slippery issue taken care of, I wear these boots all the time! They go with everything. Due to the heel height, you definitely need to add gel inserts if you wear them often.

Smart, eye-catching shoe - I bought these shoes in gold and am considering ordering the silver, also. It would be hard to find a smarter shoe with such a low heel. Absolutely adorable. I actually wear a 5.5 but noticed that the reviews say the shoe feels about 1/2-size small so ordered the 6. It fits well, and I appreciate that the toe is pointy but doesn't make my feet look long.

I really liked this shoe, but it definitely runs 1/2 to 1 size large. I ordered a 9 (usually order a 9 , sometimes 8 1/2) and it was comfortable, but way too long. I reordered in both 8 and 8 1/2. Those fit a lot better in the length; unfortunately, they then pinched my toes in the width. I do have slightly wide feet, so others probably would not have this problem, but I'd say definitely order 1/2 to 1 size down from your usual size.

These make a great skirt boot. Thin enough that they look good on just tights, but also had room for my skinny jeans (and fit well and tall shaft to hold them in place). Excellent quality, a nice matte finish to the leather. I ordered a half-size up and there was just enough room for socks. They're comfortable for the relative heel hight, but there is a lot of pressure on the heel, so I'd definitely recommend some gel inserts for walking.

Very cute, but oh so painful. I got these shoes in a 7 and on first fit, all signs go. After wearing them for about 2 minutes, the pain in my 4th toe on both feet was unbearable. I had to take them off and return them the next day. I was really bummed because the color is so pretty and the style, gorgeous and sexy. I know beauty is pain, but this was ridiculous.

Jarvis - Bought this boot in red; it is a nice, muted red. Was worried because one review said the leather was pebbly/cheap looking; maybe that was with a different color. I think they still look great; however, zipping the boot up is not without difficulty. Don't know if this would go away over time, and what's up with the 17 inch shaft height?! This boot is great in every other way, but I'm 5 ft tall and comes up to the lower portion of my knee. Shorties beware!

The Jessica Bennett vendor has really done an injustice with the Houston. I bought these shoes but NEVER (not one time) have worn these sandals. They were stored in a "shoe pocket" since I received them. I found a few days ago that the metallic chains have fallen away from the material to which they were attached. Have I paid $150.00 for shoes so inferior they have disintegrated before I can wear them one time?\r\n\r\nThe Houston style is nice. When I tried them on I do not recall any problems but the construction quality is less than $3.00 shoes if those can be found.

I ordered the pink/red patent. I wore these shoes with ordinary black pants and a pink shirt - and almost stopped traffic. The shoes are really stunning. They were the talk of the office all day (men included). Several people stopped by my office just to look at them after hearing about them. I have never had such a reaction to shoes! That being said, I had read the reviews and ordered a 1/2 size larger than normal. I wish I had ordered a full size larger. After wearing them all day, my feet really hurt and I wear heels all the time. But the beauty of the shoes is worth it. I love these shoes!

I totally adore these shoes. So elegant and versatile; I get nothing but compliments. Horrifically uncomfortable and run nearly a size small. However, a true testament to home much I adore these shoes? I don't even care. Stunning, fabulous silhouette. These are what my mother would refer to as 'taxi shoes' at their sexy best.

This is such a pretty and classic flat. Especially love the square toe. The only problem is that the shoe runs a smidge too small. I tried to order a half size larger, but it was not in stock. Still love Zappos!

Lovely, but not for a narrow foot.Lovely boots. The leather is soft & buttery, and the sole is sturdy. Unfortunately, they just didn't fit right. I tried two different sizes, and in both cases my foot slid all the way forward cramming my toes into the front of the boot. Tightening the straps didn't help, because they are very thin & soft and seem to be made more for decoration than support. The ankle part of the boot is also very soft, so it doesn't help to hold the foot in place, either. I have a medium to narrow width foot, so I'm guessing these might work better for someone with a slightly wider foot. I did love the style, but sadly, had to return them.

Fabulous dressy shoes! I love these shoes! As another reviewer said, they are even more elegant in person. They are also comfortable. I usually wear a wide width and flats, but these fit quite nicely and I can actually walk in them. I highly recommend these shoes.

These look a lot cuter in the box than on your feet. They cut the line of your leg at the wrong place and make your legs look shorter. Plus, it's not a very pronounced wedge so they also don't lean you out quite like higher heeled wedges do. Lastly, they are not very stable to walk in.

Hot shoe. Comfort? - Not. - Wore these to my HS reunion. They were so incredibly sexy, but me being in discomfort all night was not! They are cut very small. Should have sized up and entire size, not just a half. Great if you are just sitting all evening. After 8 hours of standing in these, thought I would have to surgically remove them, but they did look good. Felt like I was wearing a 5-inch heel! Will likely never wear again.

I got these in silver for a wedding. I love them. The color of silver is beautiful, the heel is metallic looking. I wear a size 11, sometimes wide, and these fit perfectly.

Very cute Shoes. Didn't realize they were satin, but would still look good with either a skirt or dress pants. They are pretty comfy; I got a full size larger than normal and they are only a little big so I am assuming they fit a 1/2 size too small. So get a 1/2 size up. I have a big foot (wear a size 12) and yet my foot doesn't look big. The ribbon portion of the shoe that comes up onto the top of your foot isn't as high as I thought which is a good thing; I thought it would look too medieval for me, but they don't; just a very pretty shoe.

This is an awesome shoe. I love shoes with an edgy, distinctive look and these are the ones for the sistah with that same sense of style. Got the brown and the blue and the distressed look puts this shoe's cute quotient off the measuring scale. Enjoy, ladies. I know I will again and again.

The shoes just arrived this evening. I am terribly disappointed. One look at this shoe and I knew it would never fit. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and ordered a 9. They may be marked as a 9, but I would guess they are a 7, maybe a 6. I felt like I was in a cartoon or something trying to slide my foot into these!!! I would order a good 2 sizes larger than normal, maybe 3. The shoe is really nice looking which makes it all the more disappointing that I’ll have to send these back and try to exchange for an 11 or 12. I don’t even know if they come in that size. My advice? Don’t risk it. Find another shoe and brand and skip the guessing game you’ll play with this.

I really like these sandals. I've worn them a couple of times and they are very comfortable. They look very nice on and are a little bit dressier for a flat shoe. I recommend this shoe to anyone!

These shoes rock! I bought them to match my black and white dress late one night and they did the trick! Zappos delivered a day later and they were a bit tight as well, but I bought shoe stretchers because I am keeping these babies! Great investment and they can go with anything! Thanks Zappos for coming to the rescue!

I love this shoe. It\'s a well constructed shoe and very classy. It also gives great arch support. The straps squeezes across the foot a little because I have a high arch, but will probably stretch over time. It\'s a great price, so go for it!
