  I discovered Jag jeans about 5 years ago and have never found any others that fit as well and look as good. The Fosters are plenty long, so I needed to hem even after washing, but that is so much better than being too short! The stretch aspect is wonderful. Just right, and holds the stretch, unlike many jeans that seem to "stretch out" and grow baggy within a few hours. Order smaller than normal as they do run larger than most jeans.

  I am really happy with these jeans! They have a bit higher rise in back so I can actually sit down comfortably without exposing myself. I got the short length and am glad I did. I'm 5'3" and still have to wear heels with them.

  Skinnies that sit a little below the waist. For those of us who don't always want to wear what we used to call hip huggers these are a perfect solution to finding a trendy jean that fits perfect. I like the skinnies, but don't always want to wear a low rise; at 59 I've already done that. I wear a 4, ordered a 4, perfect. Thanks so much Zappos!

  Jag Jeans Petite Shari Straight Leg Stream-Line

  I bought 3 pairs of Jag jeans a few years ago and loved them. I'm still wearing them. They fit perfect and at the end of the day, they look like they did at the beginning of the day. However, this is the second pair of Jag jeans I have bought this year. The first pair fit perfect until I washed them and wore them (I washed them exactly the same way I wash the others which is in cold water and air dry). They stretch out in about 20 minutes and look terrible. I put them in a low heat dryer the last time to see what that would do and they do the same thing. I thought I'd give a different style a chance and bought the Shari Straight Leg Petite last week. They fit perfect out of the bag. I washed them yesterday and have them on today and I hate them. They stretched out in a couple of minutes. At this price, this will probably be the last pair of Jag jeans I buy. I have a pair of Levi's I bought last month for much less and they don't fit quite as good, but they don't stretch out.

  I love these jeans! I am 5'10" and they are the perfect length. They fit nicely with a mid-rise that is neither too short in the back nor too tall in the front. They do have stretch, but they are the first pair of stretch jeans I have ever had that don't stretch all out of shape as the day goes on. And they don't "hug" in all the wrong places and make for an unflattering fit. I ordered my usual size. They haven't faded, and are still nice and dark. I never spend this much on jeans, but they were worth it!

  Jag jeans run big. I buy them at least one size smaller, sometimes two. They are especially wide in the legs. That said, they are higher in the rise than many jeans (good for us older women), a bit bigger in the waist, but well made and well cut, especially at this price point. I wish this cut came in a darker wash; these are medium blue, and aren't as dressy as I would like.
