I honestly believe that manufacturers of backpacks should give their products to students to use. I have been through countless backpacks, and all of them have become heavily damaged or destroyed from daily wear and tear...all of them but this one. This backpack is great, it serves its purpose and stands up to all that is thrown at it. It has just enough compartments to store what I need, and keep out what I don't. I love the simple style too!

This backpack is roomy and sturdy. Recently, I went on a cross-country trip and took this aboard as a complement to carry-on. I was able to fit so many things in there. It's amazing.

Great looking bag. However the first day of using it the left strap is already coming off. The seams started ripping where it attached to the top of the bag. There were only two notebooks and a laptop so no heavy load. Poor quality. Very disappointing.

I received this backpack as a gift during my freshman year of high school. That was 24 years ago and I still have this pack. It lasted through a great deal of abuse and daily wear and tear. With a lifetime guarantee you can't beat this deal. You would easily waste many times the price of this pack by purchasing a new one every time they wear out because they won't last and don't come with a life time warranty! Easily replaced if there is any problem.

Got this backpack about a month ago and love it so far. Seems durable and fairly well-made. The color (olive green) matches the photo online and I love that the main pocket has a sort of optional secret pocket thing that you can either choose to use or not (hard to explain). My previous backpack was also a Jansport and it lasted me for several years.

The backpack is good quality, but the color is definitely not the color shown in the picture. It is much darker and is very close to the color of an actual putting green not the bright light green that is shown.

I have tried several bookbags brands and there is not another brand as sturdy as Jansport. Definitely would recommended, the construction is great and holds the weight of heavy textbooks perfectly.
