This backpack was exactly what we expected it to be. I have had a JanSport bag almost like this one for nearly 14 years, and it is showing VERY little signs of any wear at all. The online communication I had with Zappos throughout the entire order/shipping procedure was clear, concise and accurate. I would definitely order the same bag again and will definitely place future orders with Zappos.

Jan Lewis, Murray Pletz and Skip Yowell lived in Seattle when they created their first framepack and the first panel loading daypack.
