Great backpack for school (I am a graduate student). I think what I love most is how well it holds its shape, no matter how much or how little I put in it. The (adjustable) straps on the bottom prevent that weird backpack-sag that other bags suffer from. I've had it for two months, and so far it has proven durable and stain-resistant, and it's just as shiny and new-looking as the day I received it. My only complaint is that the seam on the zipper of the smaller pocket isn't sewn precisely on one of the corners, so the zipper gets stuck on it constantly. However, I could sew it into place and prevent all future zipper-sticks in less time than I am using to write this review. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

This is the perfect backpack! I use it to carry my laptop, work stuff, and lunch every day and plan on using it for graduate school. It comfortably accommodates a large hardcover textbook, laptop, and lunch box without being too bulky (I take it on the subway daily). There's plenty of room, and with the laptop sleeve and second full-size pocket, it's easy to stay organized. I keep my laptop in a neoprene sleeve and put it inside this backpack and my laptop does NOT get wet, even when the bag is SOAKED with rain. I got it in a fantastic disco dot pattern that's really colorful, more colorful than I anticipated. I love the water bottle holder; it's really useful, and a rare feature on a lot of Jansport bags. I love this bag to death. You definitely can't go wrong, don't let the price tag put you off. Great value, you'll definitely get your money's worth. PERFECT.
