Overall:

I have been a customer with Zappo for several years now. I have never had a problem. I always get what I order. I like the website very much. It's easy to move around and find what you want. My latest purchase, a Jansport Backpack is exactly what I wanted for my daily strolls. They are light, practical, and pretty.

I love this backpack! I got the black and white one. The pattern is really cute. The backpack is extremely durable and lays flat when it's empty. It holds a surprisingly large amount of stuff like books, laptop, and notebooks. It also doesn't weigh you down because the fabric is so light.

My daughter loves her new backpack. She's in Jr. high and all of her books of different sizes fit in her backpack, but she can only fit 3 books, two spiral notebooks, and a binder. It works for her. It's sturdy and Jansport has always been reliable for me.

This bookbag was chosen on-line by my daughter who is a college freshman. After getting there she realized she needed something very specific for her bookbag and did some browsing. She found this on Zappos and is even more pleased than she thought. The pic actually doesn\'t do it justcie because it\'s actually a really sturdy backpack, very very roomy without the bulk of the new type shoulder bags and of course the pattern is cute! I thought I\'d take the time to write and recommend this bag because my daughter is very petite and does have trouble managing large loads of books! As a chem major, these are inevitable. This bag helps my not-tall daughter to gracefully get her books around campus so thought it was worth 5 minutes to fill out the review.

It’s a great backpack. I love it. It doesn’t feel that heavy when you have lots of books in it. It’s better than buying the bigger bags that are more expensive with the padding, it’s more comfortable anyways.

I purchased this backpack at the request of my daughter, who is a senior in high school. She wanted something basic and hip - apparently simple black Jansport bag is now "cool" - to carry her books, but not look like she was hefting the contents of her locker. This backpack does the job for her. I agreed to this Jansport bag because I trust the quality of the product and know it will withstand the neglectful attention it will get from an adolescent (being tossed about, sat on, overloaded at times, etc.). While my daughter can easily fit a couple of binders and an assorted bunch of papers in this bag, it is, however, a bit small for a student who needs to lug several binders and textbooks at a time.

Great messenger bag, the size is just perfect, not too big not too small, easy to clean especially the "sole", because of its rubber material you can get rid of germs very easily which is not the case with others bags. Zappos shipping as always the best.

I bought this bag for my daughter. She wanted something plain, so she rejected all of the colorful JanSport options. She is thrilled with it. She commutes to school on the train, and everything she needs fits including her gym clothes. She finds it more comfortable the the shoulder bag she used last year. I picked this model over the similar less expensive one because of the heavier weight nylon it is constructed with.

I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! These backpacks are an in-between size and are more comfortable to carry. The variety in colors is also a plus. I would definitely buy another one just like this one.

My son started 6th grade; which is Jr. High here in TEXAS. The back pack we picked out from academey was a great back pack but was way too small. I have always loved Jansport!! This pictcular back pack was perfect!! It does not hurt his back; keeps everything organized; has just the right amount of space and pockets. Some have too many different compartments, this back pack is just right. My son loved the design you can hardly see them but they are skulls. The only thing I could recommend is that the color on the website said blue and it really looks more like a purple and black. It still is a awesome back pack and I recommend it for any child or young adult!! \r\n\r\n

Excellent product! Although I can still feel that my pack is heavy, this bag is definitely sturdy enough to handle the load. I am extremely satisfied because it looks great and feels durable.

This is a great bag! I got the purple one, and the purple is just great looking! It is much better looking in person than in the pictures! It isn\'t too bright nor is it dull like in the pics. I like the way the material of the bag feels, it isn\'t cheap feeling, and I like the bottom of it which allows the bag to stand on it\'s own. I always liked the classic Jansport with the suede on the bottom, and I still do, but this bag is just as good. It feels like it is water resistant too, and I like how easy it is to open and close the zippers, they don\'t get stuck. I can also cram alot into this bag and not look too packed, and feels great on my back. I can\'t wait to get out and about with it and see how good it holds up. I am sure that it will last a long time and the bottom can handle alot, and so can the bag itself. It is a great bag, and I\'m sure it will look good in all colors! Maybe one day I\'ll get another color! Zappos like usual is the best!

The Big Student JanSport back pack is a very durable bag; it has a place where you can put your water bottle. It's also a very comfortable fitting bag and it has numerous pockets, where you can put your materials in. It will last you a long time; I should know because every single bag that I have bought has ripped on me, but this one still hasn't broken on me yet and I carry a lot of books so if I were you I would purchase this back pack now!

They were very prompt in placing the order and even upgraded our shipping at no cost to us so that we received the backpack just days after ordering it. The JanSport backpack is very stylish, plenty roomy and comfortable to carry. My daughter loves that it is so different from other backpacks.

The back pack is huge. It is lightweight; that is great because my kids think they need to carry all 40 pounds of their text books everywhere they go, so the bag itself does not add to that burden. It is very practical and not trendy, so we will use it for a long, long time. I love that JanSport will fix it if we have troubles. I love that the bag is light, yet has many pockets and is very strong.

Nice backpack - attractive, with plenty of room. Too many storage areas, but it\'s better than not having enough room. My son has a lot of books and binders, and this pack handles it all easily.

This is a nice bag. It has a nice pink inside and it is well padded. I can fit a lot on the main compartment and other things in the front. I just wish it had a small other section in the main compartment for smaller things that I want to keep safe and not on the outside of the bag, but other than that the bag is great. The straps aren't hard as a rock as most classic looking Jansport bags are now, so I'm happy with that. It is a nice bag to have, and pretty much looks like it does in the pictures.
