I bought this shoe needing a stable but dressy shoe (I've had 3 ankle surgeries). Usually I wear a 9 in Jambu, but this was too big. I quickly ordered it in an 8.5 and it arrived the next day just in time for me to wear it out. It's a very comfortable shoe and once I had the right length, I was happy. Love the wide strap. It’s so different from most of the mary jane's out there.

I too found the sides under the ankles to be too high and painful. Remembering the reviewer who mentioned it and said it did not get better, I returned the product after a few attempts at walking in them on the hardwood floors of my house. I usually wear a 7.5 and bought a 7.5, but found my toes touching the tips. Looks cool. Perhaps if I had tried it out in a store and found the right Jambu style, I would have kept a pair. Going back to Danskos/FitFlops.

Cute and comfortable- sized similar to Jambu journey clogs. Per some other reviewers I ordered a size up- too big. Then 1/2 size up. Still too big! Will have to reorder again in another 1/2 size down. I usually wear 8.5 or 39 in most brands. The 8.5 was too big here. I wear an 8 in Jambu Journey.

Close... but no cigar! Really bummed; I love Jambu and they usually fit me well. I tried 3 sizes and none were quite right. I wear a 39 and the size 8 fit the best, but I could not have gone smaller in the toe and there was still a gap behind the heel. Bummer. Had to return. They look great though. ;-)

Cool shoes with great style & detail! However, my feet slid so far forward that the fit across the top edge of the toes pinched and the back edge looked like the shoes were too big. I'll stay with Jambu's J-41 for padding, comfort & fit.

Unfortunately, the sizing was off in this shoe. I seem to have trouble with size 10 J41 and Jambu shoes. The way the toe bed is cut at an angle, my toes rub; however, the shoes aren't really too small. It's just a bad angle for my toes. Several reviewers complained about the shoes being too high up on the ankle. I had this problem too. I was afraid the rubbing would be too uncomfortable if I kept them. They were absolutely too adorable though. Very cute with jeans. Too bad I have to send them back.

I had high hopes for these, after trying my first pair of Jambu (Journey) this summer and loving them! These are not nearly as cute, with less detailing and what seemed like a very flimsy Mary Jane strap made of a thin leather that felt like it would fold or roll quickly. They are comfortable, and kinda cute but not in the same class as my first pair of Jambus. Maybe I expected too much, but these are going back, and I will buy another pair of the more warm weather style Journeys in a different color when the weather warms up. To be fair, they are very comfortable, and could look good with jeans or a casual skirt and tights or leggings and cute short socks.

Loved this shoe. Was slightly tight on the top of my foot on first wearing (my foot is chubby) but after first wearing was extremely comfortable. The look is stylish and easy to walk in. Love them.

Okay, this shoe is super cute for an adventure heel. Design is right up my alley, and they are supportive. Sizing seems right on and the width is a little big which worked to my advantage. Did have to break them in which was not too bad. Experience overall was good.
