Wonderful Zappos service! I ordered my usual size and they fit well. I was able to get them up, with a little tugging, but no problem. Love the material and the style.

First all, I'm once again blown away by how fast the shipment arrived. I ordered late last night and received it this afternoon - unbelievable! Second, I love these jag jeans! I read the reviews and knew that there's no elastic in the waist, and that people were having problems getting them over the hips. Here is the problem I've been having with a pair of jag jeans that I owned. As comfortable as they are, they keep falling down. Its because the elastic gives too much and my hips are not big enough (for the size of my waist) to hold up the pants. So when I read the reviews, I thought if I could just get them over my hips, I will have a pair of jag jeans that will stay up. And that is exactly what happened. I could barely, just barely get them over my hips and now that they are over the hips, they are comfortable and not falling down! So if you are like me - petite (size 2)and have smallish hips, these might be the black jag jeans you were looking for. They look great on, comfy and are of OK quality. I don't look forward to taking them off or putting them back on though.

The sizing of the black Jag Jeans Paley pull on jeans is not the same as the same type in the midnight indigo wash. I had the same problem the other reviewers had on having trouble getting these black ones over my hips and overall seeming smaller than the same type 6P I bought in the midnight wash. I am planning on buying them in 8P and hope that size fits.

I love the Jag brand and normally they fit really nice. This pair is a different material and while I ordered the same size they were way to small. Couldn't get them past the hips. I typically buy the Paley and Peri styles and they are absolutely the most comfortable and stylish jeans ever.

Just like the other reviewer I, too, have several pairs of Jag pull ons in 6P. I bought these in the same size and couldn't get them over my hips either. If you hold up the waistbands they look nearly identical. However, one waist band has a lot of stretch. The other has hardly any give at all, and that's the one I couldn't pull up. Jag needs to do some quality control on these jeans because I absolutely love the pairs I have that seem true to size.
