I thought these shoes were overall quite nice and comfortable. The pattern decorative strips on the add some interest, though the trim was a bit plasticy looking. In general, though, I think these shoes are attractive. It is not really clear from the photo that the inner side of the heel has a metallic gold plate on it that extends a little bit onto the sides of the heel. I thought this was a fun decorative touch, but someone who was looking for a plainer black shoe might not want it. The heels are a good height; high enough to look dressy but low enough to be comfortable.

I loved the look and feel of this shoe. However, I did not notice the gold detailing on the heel. The bright gold does not go with a lot that I wear. Had to return the shoe.

The shoe size chart says I should wear a size 10. I ordered navy in size 9, my usual size, but they were too big, so I returned them. Size 8½ in navy was not available. I ordered a size 8½ in black. They fit well, I like them, including the gold-tone strip on the side of the heel. They are comfortable & easy to walk in.

I love Zappos and am always finding shoes that I love and the prices are awesome. I do comparison price shopping and this site is the way to go. I had been looking for Navy blue mid heels for a long time.
Brands I'd also recommend: soft spots,aldo,jrene.

I wore this shoe last Sunday and thought it was off-color. It IS!!! It is not NAVY, it is more of a dark teal green!!!The shoe does not fit properly-- gaps in the back. I am quite disappointed!! Even more disappointing is the fact that it is no where near NAVY!!!

A nice style for the office. The gold of the heel interior is a nice touch and adds to the classy look. I found the toe area rubbed a bit on my big one, but then I walk a lot in heels. That said, they were pretty comfortable although not the most of the heels I own. They run long, but the width is good.
Brands I'd also recommend: Naturalizer, Ros Hommerson, Life Stride, SoftStyle
