Zappos has done it again! I am pleased with my beautifully designed handbag. Very soft outside with plenty of space to accommodate all your needs. This handbag can be used casually or formally. Thanks Zappos, you never let me down. That's why I'm a VIP customer!

Not very pleased with this one, it's going back. The zipper is hard to deal with - because of the design, I think. The white bag was already dirty after I took it out of the IT bag as well.

I bought this and love it! The sandalwood color is great for spring and summer. The bottom of this purse is wide and stiff to the purse holds its shape and you do not lose your things like you would in the hobo type bags. I was tired of the big hobo bags and taking 10 minutes to find things! So I bought this cute satchel and it is great. It is a tad on the small side, but I do not know if that is because I am just use to the huge bag type purses. The handles are great and can even fit up on your shoulder for a minute if you need to put it there, it will not stay that way, of course. It opens very wide because the zipper goes further than just across the top. It is so easy to be organized and find things! The purse is soft but still keeps its shape. I love it!

A lot of money for plastic. I thought she would do a better job.

The purse was great at first but after a while and after some use it started to lose its shape and the handles were wearing down more quickly than I expected. The zipper was also difficult to deal with.
