I got these shoes with a small scratch on the sole. Called Zappos. Unlike all the other stores, that tell you that your call is very important, and at the same time make you wait for a long, long time, I immediately got a very friendly, enthusiastic person who genuinely cared to assist me. I asked for a replacement. In one week I got a new pair, and a coupon to apply to the next pair of shoe. Most importantly, I got an invitation to visit Zappos office in Vegas, which I'm planning to do soon. I manage an online school of business and personal development and we have studied your company as a case-study. After dealing with your customer care directly, I'm happy to report to everyone I know, that your values are as high in reality as they are in print. Look forward to meeting your team. These shoes look beautiful, but were not very comfortable. Worse, the heel came apart from the rest of the shoe after only a few wearings. I sent the shoes back and Zappos, as usual, provided great customer service. I wouldn't recommend these shoes because the quality does not support the price.
