Founded in 1999, Reigncom, Ltd’s iriver brand has been a global audio/visual powerhouse in the digital multimedia industry. Award-winning product innovation and a solid track record of market leadership has helped make iriver one of the most well-known and widely-used multimedia brands in the world. Myoung Woo Lee, the company’s CEO started Reigncom, Ltd with seven employees and $300,000 in capital. Today, the company has over 400 employees in its Seoul, Korea headquarters and overseas in the USA, Hong Kong, Europe and China. Dominant in the Korean market, iriver is expanding its market share in the USA, Europe and other Asian markets.

Iriver introduced the world’s first multi-codec CD player in 2000. This industry first helped establish iriver as an innovator of cutting-edge, groundbreaking products. Myriad first and milestones quickly followed including producing the world’s first flash MP3 player and first MP3 player with a built-in camera in 2003. Iriver also innovated the industry with the world’s first D-Click system – a simple, click navigation system. These new features have been integrated into many of iriver’s MP3 and multimedia players.
