Last minute and a perfect fit - I had to get a pair of cold weather hunting boots at the last minute and I have large, size (13), narrow width, (B), feet. Not only was the help desk very good, the boots arrived in time and were a perfect fit. I hunted with the boots two days later and it was the first time that I did not have time to break in a set of boots. With these boots it was not necessary comfortable and warm in 0 degree weather. If you have narrow feet these boots fit extremely well and even though they look like they will not bend well it is exactly the opposite, my legs were still fresh after trekking through snow and slush ankle dip for at least 7-10 miles a day, up and down the hills chasing turkey. I highly recommend these boots.

Thanks - Great books, even better service. All is as billed. This company trusted me to return the boots that did not fit as they sent, without shipping costs to me, the replacement pair. Nice to be trusted again and to do business with folks who deliver on their promises. The experience was so good my wife has already made another purchase. Thanks Zappos.

Wrong size - Zappos is first rate, ordered the boots early one day and received them the afternoon of the next. The size was off as I wear an 11 B and ordered an 11.5 b. With a thin sock, the boots were too short and very wide in design.
Brands I'd also recommend: none as of yet

Great, comfortable boots! These are major hiking boots in all kinds of weather. I didn't get a chance to break them in and I was comfortable throughout the wearing. They are 2 lbs. each so your legs get a workout. They are definitely extremely comfortable and I would recommend them 100%. I needed a men's narrow and these filled the bill.

Red Wing Irish Setter Elk Tracker 882 - Boots run a full size smaller than marked. I am a true 8b, but the 9b fits perfectly. They look wide from the outside, but width is true. Boots are warm, very comfortable, and well constructed. Leather is soft, and boots are easy to put in, as tongue is attached to boot.
Brands I'd also recommend: I wouldn't; these are the best of breed.

This is my third pair of these boots I have purchased in six years. I wear them every single day and I never maintain them in any way; I just wear them and they last at least two years. Waterproof, comfortable, great quality, durability, and comfort make these the best boots for the money. If you want a pair of boots that will last with zero maintenance these are the boots for you! They provide comfort and protect your feet and ankles at the same time. I work construction and really put these boots through the paces in every way; water, dirt, grease, rocks and chemicals can't hurt these things. The best quality is the strength and protection they provide for my ankles and the durability they offer with no care. I strongly recommend these boots for the real men out there that just wear and use their stuff and just don't take the time to take care of them.

Fit true to size. Very comfortable no heel movement while walking, lightweight. Haven't used them in wet weather but they seem like they will be very water resistant. Good craftsmanship. I'm giving these 4 stars only because I haven't tried the boots in all conditions but am confident they will work well.

Best damn boots I have ever worn period. You won't go wrong with these boots, I promise you. If I only had these when I was in the military! Whether hunting, hiking, backpacking or walking to the grocery store, these boots fit the bill. Superior construction built to last, no break-in, and light weight compared to any boot in the same class.
Brands I'd also recommend: Anything made by Redwing i.e. Vasque, Irish Setter, etc...

Worth every dollar - These are hands-down the best boots I've ever worn. The materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and my feet have stayed warm and dry, even though we're in the middle of a blizzard right now. Out of the box they were some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and they've only gotten better since then. If I could give these boots six stars, I would.

An outstanding boot. Not sure I'd ever want another brand to be honest. We're going through a pretty crazy winter here in Boston (lots of snow, slush, cold, ice, mess): these boots have gone through it all without any single problem. They are warm, very comfortable, water-proof (so far). Maybe a tad bigger than advertised (probably assuming heavy socks) and they're definitely not light shoes. Highly recommended.

My favorite boots! This is one of those products that you want to buy a lot of, just in case they stop making it. I have several other types of boots, yet I always turn back to these. Living in Kodiak, Alaska, these boots have seen plenty of weather and action. My feet stay warm, dry and comfortable whether I am stomping through snow in the mountains or hiking with the dog through soggy quagmires. It should be noted that they seem to start out a bit tight. It takes about a day or two to break them in. Bottom line - get them!

Lived up to their name! Got a big bull Elk this season in Montana. Kept my feet warm and dry in 6 inches of snow. Got into a little water at one point and still stayed dry. Killer hold on steep terrain. Look great. Feel solid. Killer boot!

Really nice boots...I couldn't be happier. I wear these boots with wool socks so I went with a bigger size. At least 1/2 size bigger then my Adidas shoes, or 1 size bigger than my penny loafers.
