I want to be buried in these boots - These boots are the best I have ever put on my feet in mud or crossing creeks period. They stay toasty warm all day in sub zero weather. I have owned a lot of hunting boots but these are the best. I recommend them to all hunters. If I had a choice between Rocky’s or my Irish Setters Elk Trackers then I would pick the Elk Trackers hands down. I bought them in 2003 and they are still my best boot for all day hunting.

Worth every penny! Even though I wear a 13 EE, right out of the box, these boots were super comfortable. (I put in my own insoles for personal preference.) They are beautifully made and absolutely waterproof, as advertised! I use these at work on a dairy and am on concrete all day: these boots keep my feet dry and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

great but question durability - I have owned 2 pairs now, love the feel and wormth but the durability has been questionable . Iam a construction foreman and the work is hard on these boots, the insulation inside let go meaning it tore,but is the most comfortable boot i have ever worn

Just bought these on a "whim"... I am moving to Montana soon. Just stopped into a local sporting goods store and wandered over to the shoe department. I looked at all the boots on the rack, and these just jumped out at me. The most expensive pair there, and I was actually looking for less expensive pair, but I know it's true we get what we pay for. After trying them on I was convinced that these will be my new hunting boots for many years to come! The leather is very soft right out of the box, making the boots very comfortable right from the get go. Overall construction looks great too, as the soles are sewn on, not cemented, and can be replaced if ever the need arises.

Zappos is great. We placed our order for these boots really close to Christmas so we were pleasantly surprised when they not only arrived on time, but with plenty of time to spare! The boots are just what we expected since our son has a pair just like them. Durable boots that keep your feet warm while snowmobiling or hunting.

First, the most important thing: this boot is very heavily insulated, which makes it much smaller on the inside than it appears on the outside. I had to re-order mine in EE-width, which I don't usually wear, for proper fit. That said, now that I have the right size, I absolutely love these boots! I'm not tracking elk, but I walk at least a mile through the city every day on my way to work. We have snow, slush, ice, puddles, and single-digit temps here, too! Most days, I just wear "regular" Doc Martens, which are awesome most of the year, but when winter gets serious, they just don't have enough resistance to the elements or grip. These Elk Trackers are like army tanks for your feet! In places where my other boots slipped and skidded, these just dug in like I was walking across my living room. Also, even wearing a hat, scarf, long wool coat, and gloves, my feet were the warmest part of my body.

Bought these boots for my Elk hunt in Nevada. Wore them in single digit temps, 4-6 inches of snow. No complaints! My feet were warm and had great support while hiking. My son also bought a pair and has the same comments....FYI gave away my Sorels for these boots....good trade!
