Irish Setter Reviews
I absolutely love these boots. I have had many different types, styles, and brands of boots, and these are by far the best boots I have ever had. I have been wearing these for 6 months now and put quite a few miles on them. They are tough and stand up to whatever I put them through, and are still very comfortable. The only negative thing I will say about them is that the soles are very aggressive and will pick up mud. I am a farmer and climbing up and down ladders on the tractor or combine can be a problem. Since the soles are so aggressive, they will stick to the surface of the tractor ladder a little too well causing one to trip. Only happened to me a couple of times. I am willing to overlook that because the boots are so comfortable and durable. I will definitively buy these boots again.

This boot just is not comfortable, even from brief wear. Rubs on ankle and rubs on achilles tendon. Stiff shoe with a stiff sole.
Fit great. Normally muck boots fit huge and slip in the heel. These don't. Love them.
Roomy through the front half, lots of room for toes. Surprising traction. So far it s completely waterproof. I work outdoors and these have been a very good buy. I would buy again.

You will not find a more comfortable boot; however, this boot will not stand up to construction abuse. (Yes, I know a lot of construction workers wear this boot.) This boot is meant for hunting. I work construction and went through two pairs in under 6 months, no joke (under warranty). Soles peel away and toe stitching tears out. That said I still own a pair for work around the house and just wearing out. They are after all the most comfortable boot I have ever owned.
Couldn't ask for better service and my son was very happy with the shoes. This is the second time I've ordered and both times excellent service.

I got these boots a few weeks ago and I have been satisfied ever since. People have asked me where I got my boots from which is not something I was used to hearing. They feel very well-made, and the extra width I ordered fit perfectly. The feel in the boot is amazing: it adds a good inch to you height and you feel well-supported with each step. The loop on the back is also very useful for slipping the boots on and off. You won't be disappointed with these boots!
I cannot say enough about Zappos, always a great shopping experience! I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He has a very wide foot and its hard to find a shoe that fits and is comfortable too. This one fits the bill on both counts. He says its the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn!!
These are great shoe. They hold up well under heavy use. They do not seem to fall apart like other deck shoes.
I bought these for my husband for Christmas, as a replacement for old, worn out slippers. He likes them. The only problem is with getting them on easily. It just doesn't happen due to the "lip" on the heel.
Great fitting, great looking boots. No break in required. They are working well here in the Michigan winter, performing at the gun range, ski resort and grocery store.
Got these boots for my son, who loves them! Couldn't find his size in local stores, so bought from Zappos instead!
These are just the kind of old school, well crafted, thoughtful design I have been looking for. It's one that's hard to find with the market so full of the blown plastic side walls and hip, but functionless decorated surfaces. This one is pure function. And it feels great. The size is very accurate both in length and width. The leather and fabric are high quality materials, strongly stitched. Fantastic sole, not as beefy as a full on logger boot, but not the modified running sole common on boots these days. On top of all this, these are also pretty light in considering the quality construction. They just might be the perfect boot. Sort of a Keen meets a Whites.
First of all, the boots: These boots ROCK man! This is my second pair. My first pair lasted me 3 years of heavy, every day wear and tear. I am a full time commercial electrician living in the soggy Seattle area. Even after 3 years, they are still waterproof (With regular care and maintenance). I am keeping my old pair for kicking around the garage at home. Now then on to Zappos. This was my first time ordering from them, You never know with all the online goof balls out there, but Zappos got the boots here quickly, they were brand spanking new with no issues at all. Haven't tried their returns process though and am banking I won't have to. Go for it, the boots and Zappos.
Purchased these for hunting here in the South during the colder months, but doesn't get cold enough for the heavy duty 2,000 Grammer's. They're really comfortable out of box, have an attractive design, and are completely waterproof. Kind of wish I got the ScentLok or similar scent system but love these boots! Always buy a larger size if wearing wool socks, so your feet have plenty of room and stay warm.
What an awesome slipper. I have tried more expensive slippers with the fax fur and they get too hot and the fur clumps up in just a couple of months. This bad boy is so comfortable and keeps your feet warm without making them sweat like the fun types do. Best slipper I have tried for the money and of course Zappos is simply the best web dealer on the internet. Got em in 24 hours as per usual!
