You won't appreciate why this shoe is so good until you walk and run in it! Yes, I'm a Crossfitter that resisted the shoe thinking traditional run shoes are better. After a cert on proper running form I now "get it". This shoe gets your heel out of the way in running and walking, effortlessly putting your foot down the right way. Womens fit offers more toe box room unlike mens narrow toebox. Also a better fit in the heel. I sized up a half. These shoe are super ventilated so you can feel air moving even with socks on. Enough already, order them and be ready to enjoy them the next day!

Great barefoot running shoe. It has more support than the F120. Great for longer distance and road running.

This shoe is pretty stiff and the sole isn't well cushioned compared to other Inov8 shoes. I also found them to be rather wide. I am still hoping to find a replacement for my Inov8 F-lite 305 PK GTX but these aren't nearly as good.

Have to return them. The width is awesome but from the lateral arch back it is stiff as an iron board. I need something with more flexibility. The heel was slipping as well, not snug. Bummer, this shoe is nice looking. I do have a pair of their Roclites though that I do like so it is just this particular shoe.

I am a beginner cross-fitter and purchased these shoes as my exercise/training shoes. All of my fitness occurs outdoors on hard surfaces, and these have worked wonderfully. They are wonderful for the short runs (2 miles) and short sprints, both outside and on the treadmill. They also work well for lifting outdoors on concrete as well. These shoes are minimalist in nature, so arch support is minimal. I have a high arch, but these still work great for comfort during exercise. I wouldn't recommend them for standing/walking all day, but are perfect for exercise.
