Sent back. The zig zag pattern on the sides is made of semi-hard plastic and it was bending and pinching into my R foot near my pinky toe every time I took a step. Not comfortable! I have other pairs of Inov-8\'s and love them without any problems.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchase, and they are perfect for my CrossFit workouts. Light weight and flat soled. Pretty hard to beat!

These shoes are awesome! I uses these mainly for CrossFit, but they have worked for Zumba too. I was concerned about the sizing issues as I have had a hard time ordering men's shoes before, but they fit perfectly. I was also worried about another commenter's problems with the plastic parts along the outsides pinching his toes. I have no problems with that at all. Love these shoes, and planning on buying more Inov-8's in other styles.

I got these for Crossfit workouts and love them. The only drawback is that the design on top is a bit slick, so rope climbing is a little more challenging. They are very comfortable and good for most workouts. They weigh almost nothing and are cool with the mesh top.
