I bought these to replace my running shoes as I'd been adding much more plyometric exercise to my repertoire, and the lateral stability on these is fantastic. They're also lighter than my running shoes which is a boon for all the jumping, and their sole is skinnier which is forcing me to work on my balance. I'm loving it.

Great shoes for Crossfit. This is my first pair of light weight true cross-training shoes. Great for any of the movements or running outside/treadmill.

I bought these for my boyfriend; he loves Crossfit. He said they worked great, but, he would prefer a more supportive/cushioned shoe for running. He said he normally wears 11.5 or 12. I bought in 11.5 and it fit fine.

Wonderful shoe! Just enough padding that 14 hours on my feet is a breeze, but still giving my posture that "barefoot" benefit.

I love these shoes! I ran a 5K in them last weekend and they were great. Honestly, originally I bought them because I like they way they look (yes, I'm vain). Also, I did some research about minimalist shoes and decided I wanted to try them out. I do a little Cross-fit type activities (not true Cross-fit classes) and they are good for that as well. I climbed the rope with them just this evening, in fact! I really, really love them! I DID have to go a half size larger than I normally wear, just FYI. I sold the first smaller pair to my little sister because she loved them too!
