These shoes are adorable and would have been very comfortable except for the closed heel. It is made with stiff, reinforced leather with a sharp top edge, and as soon as I took a few steps the top of the shoe's heel was cutting into the back of my heel so badly that I took them right off. I am sad to send them back but they will cause heel blisters. I tried two pairs, one in each color, and they were the same. I wish they had an open heel or softer leather at the heel. Is this really something that shoe designers do not know by now?

Straps are very stiff. The strap closest to my arch cut into my foot and was painful. Maybe someone with a very high arch would not have this issue. I promptly returned them.

So cute and so uncomfortable. I tried to get past the stiffness of the leather because they are such a great looking sandal. Eventually common sense won and I'm returning. I know that after 30 minutes or so my feet will be crying from how much the straps dig in just about everywhere they touch my feet.
