I have ordered and returned 3 other shoes due to size issues. I wear 5.5 wide and have difficulty finding shoes to fit. I ordered these because previous reviewers said they run a bit wide. I love them! They feel wonderful on my feet and are so cute. I can wear them with slacks or skirts. Glad I kept trying. Wonderful customer service!

I purchased the brown shoe and it looks beautiful. Pretty comfortable too. I can walk very easily in these not like other heels where you fall and have to balance.

This shoe was 1 of 3 I ordered, looking for a brown dress shoe with a moderate heel height. (I generally live in clogs & don't like too high a heel.) The Amaze is the one I choose to keep. I love the look of this shoe - it's a really cute shoe with "personality". It has decent padding in the sole, especially at the heel and ball of foot. The velcro strap makes it a little hard to get on, especially if you have a high instep, but is comfortable once on. (They are easier to get off.) I like the chocolate color of the suede better in person than in the photo - it goes well w/the leather heel and toe. The heel is a little higher than I intended, but I'm not wearing them to work or anyplace where I'll be walking a lot.

I received these boots a few days ago. I wore them to work the next day. I was able to wear them all day. They are amazingly comfortable. I usually wear a wide width, but other reviewers said that they ran wide, so I ordered them in a medium width. They fit perfectly. I am so pleased and have received many compliments. I recommend these boots wholeheartedly.

I got this as a Christmas present and it feels true to its size. Very comfortable to walk in although my only complaint is that, it scuffs dirt easily. I'd buy another pair in a different color next time.

Love this shoe. This is the most comfortable heel I have ever owned. Looks great with jeans and with slacks. I wore this shoe for 14 hours the first time and it was like pillows on my feet. I struggle to find comfortable shoes with a heel and these are the best.

I work on my feet from 8 to 12hrs a day.
I wore them right out of the box and they never bother my feet. 8hrs later I was just as comfortable as when I put them on. I also got many compliments on how good the shoes looked on me.
Will buy them again.

I was disappointed with this shoe given the price point. It looks stiff and plastic like something you would find at a discount store. Additionally, I have never had an uncomfortable pair of Clarks until now! The toe is too narrow and heel is too wide. Regretfully, I am returning these shoes.

These are overall a great shoe. They are very stylish, and comfortable. They are a little bit tight around the width but I do believe they will stretch a bit. I wore them all day with no sores or blisters on my feet, which I generally do get with new shoes.

Got this in the brown and it's got a good heel height yet is still comfortable due to the heel placement on the shoe (directly under the heel of the foot, instead of at the back, so your toes don't slide forward and get smooshed, and you can also walk easily and more upright). Very stylish. Only issue: a little tight across edge near the toes. I think this will loosen up.

Wonderful shoes - I have a flat foot and like a lot of support. These shoes cradle the soles of your feet and are light and comfortable. I could wear these all day at work or go dancing in them! Great!

Love the shoe, just wish it came in a wide. The front of my foot is wide, and that’s where the problem lies! The length is perfect, so I thought going up a size would be too long for me. Very comfy footbed though, and a nice heel. Love Zappos and the great service I received!

These are even more beautiful than in the photo. I ordered the brown suede/crocodile trim. Very comfortable, nice heel and some padding for the ball of foot. Thank you Zappos for the overnight shipping upgrade! Wonderful service, as always.
