Great boots! They are comfortable and they really do make your feet look small! As others have reported they seem to run just a tiny bit small; I'm typically a size 8 and I ordered an 8. They are comfortable but a little tight in the toe area; I wish I would have tried a size 8.5! I've received numerous compliments on the boots. And they don't seem to scuff up; still look like new after several months. A good quality boot! I may order a brown pair, too!

I received this shoe and it is just as described. I think it runs a little big so I put a comfortable liner in and they fit perfect. This was my first mail order on shoes. I have a hard time getting a fit but have worn Clark shoes before. I knew my size. I will definitely use Zappos again!

Purchased these boots for the quiet heel. I work in a facility with tile flooring and these are nice and quiet so I do not disturb anyone. Would purchase again.

Overall:

These boots are super comfy and casual. I can walk all day in these shoes. The only bad thing: there is leather on the heels and when I went chasing my kids over some rocks, I scraped the leather on the heels pretty badly. I probably shouldn't have done that, but it would have been good to know beforehand that there was leather there to ruin.

I love these wedges! I run a lot and have really high arches, so I usually try to stay away from high heels. These have amazing arch support, super comfortable, and really great quality. I wore them out of the box to dance all night and even wore them the next day. Perfect shoes.

Boots fit true to size and specified calf circumference (I'm a size 8 with 13.5 inch calves and these fit perfect). However, the ankle area is way too baggy, which is why I'll be sending them back. The synthetic material also looks a bit cheap and shiny. For the price, I would expect better quality.

I was looking for a dressy heel that I could wear to the office with both skirts and pants and that offered a style different than a classic pump. Since I love the Clarks brand, I thought I'd try these Kara Rose heels. I normally wear size 7 1/2 so I ordered this size and they fit perfectly. Plenty of room in the toe box, and they look great as well. I'd highly recommend them.

I ordered this pair of boots looking for something that was stylish, yet comfortable. They definitely fit the bill. They felt true to size but you need to wear hose or a thin sock for toes to feel like there is enough wiggle room.

These are the most comfortable high heeled boots I have ever owned. Run a tad bit big in the calf and size in general. Though I decided to keep them anyway because they were so comfortable.

I am so enamored with this shoe. I live and work in Manhattan and spend my days running around on pavement. These shoes are a dream. Well padded, and well made. No pain after walking 20 city blocks (one mile); actually I felt great. Note I wear Nike for Cole Haan shoes only and needed a less expensive alternative as the economy has caused my finances to decrease.

I bought these shoes in black and I really like them. I love the heel. The fit is good and the shoes are comfortable, but I think the leather is kind of hard. Hopefully they will soften with wear. I recommend them.

Super comfortable and cute, too! I ordered these in black. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I then customized the fit to make it perfect by loosening the buckles on the right and tightening one on the left. They look great with skirts and pants. The rubber sole enabled me to wear these for 12 hours the first day without any discomfort, something I normally cannot do. In short, these were a great purchase.

An excellent shoe. These shoes are comfortable and stylish. I like the rubber soles because they prevent me from slipping around and are also nice cushioning. I previously purchased these in another color and came back for basic black ones.

The boots are well constructed with fine materials. The fit feels true and I overall liked the simple style, but the quite rounded toebox makes the foot look a bit short and less elegant. I only wear shoes with roomy toeboxes, so I am making my comments from the perspective of one expecting room, but also a more elegant line for a dress boot. The line on this looks more casual. I went with a minutely higher heel than usual, thinking that the forefoot platform described would counteract that. It didn't. The ultimate angle of these boots with a 2 5/8 heel was actually steeper in feel than the 2 1/2 inch heel I was intending to replace.

Not only are these Indigos by Clark comfortable, they are in my favorite color (purple). Cute styling, great heel, look great with skirt, dress, trousers, or straight leg jeans. Love them!

These are potentially the most comfortable pair of sandals I have ever tried on. I love them. I'll be going on a trip soon and am pretty sure I'll be able to walk hours in them. The leather is buttery soft and the sole is cushioned. Zappos also surprised me by upgrading my shipping to next day shipping. Thanks Zappos!

This is an amazing boot! It looks great and is so comfortable. I bought these boots about a month ago and I wear them every chance I get. They are absolutely comfortable from the moment you put them on, and don't require any break-in period. My only criticism is that the calf is sized a tad on the wide side, so it doesn't fit as snugly as I would like. These would probably be great for someone who likes to tuck their jeans or leggings into their boots. Overall, this is a great boot and I highly recommend it!

My silver and stone colored sandals by Clarks arrived in two days; I love the service from Zappos. The Zappos training program has got to be a fine one as the sales reps on the phone are so knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to find the perfect sandal with both style and comfort.

Sometimes I forget about Zappos, but I always like it! Simple and very well stocked inventory. My biggest complaint about department or retail stores is the lack of sizes available. So this time I saw what I wanted and knew the size I needed was not to be found retail so I logged onto Zappos and lo and behold, exactly what I wanted. Love the ability to return at no charge as well, gives me the confidence to order knowing I won't lose money. I love these shoes, they're cute and stylin'.

Overall:

I needed a brown shoe option to wear with certain things that don't look good with boots. These are perfect: dressy, but not too dressy, and extremely comfortable. The heel doesn't feel on as high as it looks.

These shoes are gorgeous on! They look great under pants or with a skirt. They are super flattering even when you have giant size 12 feet like me. I would prefer a little more length in the toe box, but I have that problem with all shoes so I wouldn't consider that an issue to this particular shoe. I added a gel pad to the toe box and didn't have any trouble with wearing them in. I'm wearing them tonight to a company event where we have to dress up, but I've also worn them with jeans at work. I love these shoes!

These are so cute, love the retro styling. My heel is narrow and the backs slip off. I had to cut up and stick some heel cushions on the strap to grip better. Not a fault of the shoe, but my feet. One more downside, the wooden heels seem to scratch up really easily.
