Overall:

These shoes are adorable and were comfortable from the very first time I wore them. I got many compliments on them, from how small they make your feet look to where can I get them? I am on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day and I can wear them all day. They are perfect with jeans or dress pants or a skirt.

These shoes are so comfortable! I can wear them all day at work and my feet never hurt! They are wonderful. They fit true to size. I am extremely happy with them and will probably be ordering a second pair in a different color.

I had ordered Indigo by Clacks from Zappos. Immediately it arrived the shoes were my exact size. I really felt very comfortable in them and naturally I ordered for more shoes. The feeling and experience was thriling. I strongly recommend Zappos to customers like me with taste and quality.

Love these shoes and get lots of compliments. I wanted comfortable heels and these are it. The padding in the toe area took a few wearings to break in for my foot, but now they are wonderful. They are sturdy and don't wobble or slip at all. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Zappos again, not for a minute. Every aspect of the online ordering experience is the best. They could write the book on customer service.

I love these. I was looking for a bootie that was comfortable but with a little height, and practical but with a little edge to it. I really like the rutching touch. I think it could use a bit more or a decorative button or something, but is cute as is. Fits true to size for me, is a breeze to put on and very comfortable. I\'m glad to be able to wear a slight heel and still be comfortable.

I\'ve never been a big Clarks fan. These have changed my mind. They are adorable in person and really comfortable. True in size and width for me and they don\'t feel as high as they look thanks to the platform. I wore them with rolled up jeans to a party and the girls were shocked when I announced after compliments that they were Clarks. One more positive, I find many ankle boots to have a gap at the ankle but these don\'t. I recommend for sure!

These were very cute but the fit was strange. The size 11 was too short in the foot and much too large in the ankle. The footbed of these boots was hard and uncomfortable. Return!

I have these shoes in both burgundy and black and they are my favorite high heeled shoes! The toe box is round and comfortable and the heel is not too high. The fit my size 7 M(B) feet precisely and they make my feet look smaller than they actually are. They don\'t cause any pain, discomfort, or cuts in my feet after long walks. \r\n\r\nThey have a really cute, almost 1920s kind of look to them because of the style of the heel. I receive many compliments when I wear them.

I love this shoe! It's one of those shoes where it is so ugly that it is cute. The big X stitching across the front of the toe and the decoration on top make it look like some kind of weird and crazy high-heeled moccasin. But it's strangely attractive and alluring at the same time. I ordered it in Olive, 1/2 size smaller than my normal size per the recommendations of other user reviews, and it fits perfectly! The shoe is snug around my foot and stays on nicely, yet the toe box is still nicely rounded and roomy enough for me to wiggle my toes around while I am wearing them. The heel is chunky and easy to walk in. It's a very well-designed, comfortable shoe.

These shoes are so comfortable and I have a wide foot that is not "happy" in many shoes. Super cute with jeans and will work with most dress pants as well. Every time I wear them someone is complimenting me. They have been my shoe of choice ever since I received them - I am wearing them everywhere! Over Thanksgiving one of my family members tried my shoes on and said they would be trying Zappos for the first time to purchase the Clarks Chimera. In addition to being comfortable, the heavy duty grip bottoms are great for running around...you feel like you can run and jump, they are great :)

I love these shoes. They are cute and stable. I do a lot of walking and I would consider walking in these, where as I have some boots I wouldn't want to walk to my front door in. I recommend these shoes and they have great traction too!

I wore these shoes all summer. They are really comfortable and go great with jeans or dresses. The leather is really soft and cushiony, but I find that Indigo shoes stretch a lot; these ones slide off my feet really easily after having worn them for a few months, which means they're not as comfortable to walk in as they were when I first broke them in. I love Indigo shoes, but if I buy more I'll be sure to get ones with substantial straps or ties so they'll stay on.

These boots are so cute and very comfortable! The inside has a lot of support. I have worn these for over 8+ hours with minimal pain. I also love the heel; they make you really tall. I am a little concerned that the buttons might come off soon, but so far they have hung on and they make the boot even cuter. As usual Zappos delivered in a couple of days with no hassle! It's so easy, I love Zappos!

I might be the only person under 40 who loves Clarks, but whatever. They are really narrow, well cushioned, great rubber sole, and great construction. That said, these boots did not meet my expectations. These boots run true to size for Clarks; I ordered a half size larger than normal (7.5) because I planned on wearing wool socks with them, but that was not necessary; the 7.5 was too large. The embossing looked okay, and the leather was fine but not as nice as my other Clarks, and the heel was a little taller than I expected, but very comfortable. My two problems with the shoe were that the corduroy lining, though cute, folded when I put them on and left creases on the foot I couldn't straighten out. Also, my number one pet peeve on shoes is a plastic heel. Plastic slips on slick floors. It also clacks. For boots at this price, I should not have to take boots to a cobbler to get a rubber heel put on. The instep outsole was rubber, but the heel was plastic. Perhaps this is because it's the Indigo line, but I have never had a Clark with a plastic heel. Finally, they were too big in the ankle and sagged in an unattractive way that made the boots look cheap. Return.

I love the look of these boots. They are very comfortable. I have even worn them for hours at the mall. The price was rather steep for me, and I sometimes think I could have done better at a department store sale. I was really upset when I realized that I had scraped the heel when walking down the steps. I glued the torn leather back down, but now my expensive boots are flawed.

First, I'll say this is my first time ever to write a review, but these boots are exceptional and adorable. Love them. The look, heel height, leather quality. Mostly I thank Zappos for getting them to me very fast. Thanks Zappos. Have gotten numerous compliments on them; only regret they are not available in brown!

Chic, comfortable and a great "almost" western look with short or long skirts or jeans. The heel is a perfect length. True to size/width. Soft as glove leather and passed the scrutiny of my teen granddaughters! Great at any age.

Love this shoe! I just got these today and I was really happy I did and they fit perfect. I really like the brown. I got them to wear for Thanksgiving with a pair of nice jeans and a cream sweater. I am going to get the black soon. I'm a little worried about the price of these if they are going last for a long time. These look like my old Indigo clog that I bought 2 years ago. Give these a try if you like 3 inch chunky heels. Great with jeans.

Great office shoes. They\'re pretty comfortable but do require to be broken in for a couple of days. Fit is perfect. This brand is great for those with wider feet. Just recently had a baby so some of you know what I am talking about!

Great experience with Clarks. I absolutely love these shoes. I can wear either a 9.5 or 10 depending on the brand. I ordered these in a 9.5 and they felt just a tiny bit too snug, so I brought them to the Clarks store and they were able to stretch them for me a little bit (at no charge). It was worth it because now they fit perfectly. They look gorgeous, are very comfortable, non-slip, enough padding for the type of shoe. After a long time of thinking about buying them I am very glad I finally did. Highly recommended!

For the first 3 to 4 hours they were comfortable, but if I wore them longer, my toes felt like they were squished together and the little toes were beginning to hurt. This is without much standing or walking. The shoes also made my feet look "smaller" (maybe that's the design's intention), which I do not need because I normally wear size 6. I was hoping that these would be my "all day comfort shoes", but I'm disappointed.
