Overall:

Not that great for standing - If you are on your feet all day and are looking for a good insole for standing, these insoles are not for you. I liked the thin ones better than the thicker ones, but neither served the purpose that I needed them for. The flow of the liquid from front to back feels cool if you are sitting and able to wiggle your feet.

Comfortable, but Strange - These have got to be the strangest feeling insoles I've come across. Each part of the insole has a liquid or gel pocket that squishes when you walk, so it feels like you are walking on jello. They are fairly comfortable, but not the most comfortable I've used.

Catherine C. in Rochester, NY - Going on a 4-day 33-mile hike, these Incredisoles were an absolute necessity for comfort and endurance. Purchasing them was one of the best decisions I made regarding the trip - that and the fact that I purchased my hiking boots from Zappos as well!!! The Incredisoles were that additional comfort that I needed to go the "extra mile". The fit is perfect and the softness was very welcome, especially around the 33rd mile! Zappos cannot service their customers any better-in my humble opinion. Thank you!

Incredisoles are truly incredible!I feel like I have more bounce, a lighter feel when walking. I am a power-walker and my feet have been hurting more, so I gave these a try. I ordered new shoes 1/2 size larger along with the insoles and they are just great! I have ordered two more of the thin black. Love them!!

Be careful where you cut them! These are indeed very thin and very comfortable, even in shoes that were not bought with the intention of using an innersole. However, they really ARE filled with a liquid, which WILL leak out if you cut too close to the padded area in the center. They are also fairly wide so, if your feet/shoes are narrow, you will not be able to cut them small enough to get them into your shoes. The directions tell you to use the shoe's inner sole as a guide. If you do, make sure you put it against the side with the pillows so you don't cut through them. I (inadvertently, of course) ruined two of them. Fortunately they come two to a set.

These are the worst!!! They are uncomfortable and hurt my feet. Tried them in multiple shoes. As the only insert, on top of the shoe insert, underneath the shoe insert, it didn't matter. Save your money and buy Dr. Scholl’s at the grocery store.

Not comfortable to me because of nerve damage - I tried to wear these insoles, but they hurt my feet bad. I had to return for credit. The people at Zappos were very understanding and let me return them without any difficulty. I like doing business with Zappos because the customer relations are the best that I have ever encountered. Give this company a try and you won’t be dissatisfied, I promise. Thanks again for the unbelievable service.

Comfort!I have problems with sore insteps, soles, and heels and I've tried other insoles. These are very nice. They take a bit of getting used to, since they feel squashy at first. If you need a forgiving feel under your foot, these are for you. I've tried other types of insoles and most are no better than the original. These are.
