I found this backpack to be very long proportionally. It also had several design features I would change: the vertical zipper on the front is a little annoying (I see the newer models have horizontal ones). There is a convenient pouch for keys on the bottom located -- not so logically -- on the right side of the bag (since most of the population is right handed, it would make more sense to have this on the left). I also felt that the shoulder straps were a little too hard. It was uncomfortable to move my arms. All in all, not bad but not great, and probably not worth the price.

I was actually buying this backpack for a Christmas present and I have no regrets of doing so. The backpaack arrived earlier than I had expected. I had a great experience, Zappos has excellent people that provide great customer service! I will most definitely be coming back to buy more. Become a Zappos VIP! you wont regret it!

Nice compact bag that forces you to think twice about what you want to bring. It's got great lines and has the minimal look and feel I was interested in. I've had the bag for about a month and so far so good. The materials feel kind of cheap but it seems to be holding up ok. I realized I was paying for style, not bullet-proof durability on this purchase. The only thing to be aware of is if you stash an extra t-shirt into the laptop compartment it will be covered in faux fleece lint when you pull it out.
