Comfortable, smart-looking, casual shoe. The buckle is not just decoration! It does a nice job of adjusting the fit! Wish it had a bit more support in the arch, but it'll do for when I want something that looks a bit better than sneakers.

My order says "dark brown"...the box label says "dark brown"...the elastic and the stitching on the shoe are dark brown...the shoe itself is black. No arch support. If arch support isn't a priority with you, and you're looking for a black shoe, this one is comfortable, with a nice width that doesn't crowd your foot, even though it's a medium-width shoe.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable right out of the box and fit perfectly. I ordered my usual size (which only occasionally works, shoes are usually too big, too small or don't fit at all). Highly recommend these!

Great shoe for everyday. I have worn it to work with slacks. Very comfortable. Wish there was a thicker sole. But overall a good everyday shoe.

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable...except for the part that rubs against my bunion. I can wear these for some mall shopping and shorter times on my feet, but I can't wear them for a full day of work.

These are made of nice, leathery materials. It took a bit to break in. They felt sort of tight for width even thought I bought a "W," and I have narrow feet. These broke in nicely though after wearing a few times. The only issue: I'm a librarian for Elementary school often on my knees to shelve etc . . . the color on the tips of the shoes wears easily, so I keep an instant polisher nearby.

I didn't care for these when I saw them in person. I found the sizing seemed off (ordered a wide width, and the wide part fit fine, but the rest of the show wasn't also widened so felt too small overall). The soles seemed a little thinner also, although there is quite a bit of padding.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am on my feet for a 10 hour work day and have happy feet with these shoes. They do run small. I had to return one pair before getting the correct fit. Thank you Zappos!
