These are so, so cute. However...I would advise wearing socks or some type of liner the first few times. I wore them the first day and walked to work (about 1KM) and they rubbed all the skin off the back of my heels to the point where I was bleeding. I think they'll be great once I've broken them in a bit, but the back of the shoe is high and stiff, so it does rub at first. I'm keeping them though - they're adorable and have potential.

I think this shoe is really cute, but it's killing my feet to break them in! The elastic is a bit too tight and digs into the back on my heels. Also - the insole comes undone when taking my feet out of the shoes.

This shoe felt great at first, but ager a few steps the sides, which are cut too high, rubbed on my ankle bone. Too bad, they have to be returned.

This is a cute shoe that looks almost like a ballet slipper (because the seams around the opening make it look as though the cloth is puckering - in an intentional way). I have several other styles of Hush Puppies, and while these are comfortable, they are not as comfortable as the Epic Mary Janes or the Sonnet, which both have cushioned footbeds. The other two styles also run a little wider in the toebox. Similar to other reviewers, the back of the heel comes too high for me and digs in with every step, so these shoes are going back.

Really comfy flats. The leather is soft and stretches nicely. The soles are not super think, but contain noticeable cushioning. I'm thinking about ordering in other colors...
