These shoes are incredibly disappointing given their brand and the price of them. The cloth lining has a seam on the back of the heel which rubs your heel. In order to get these to not flop on and off you need them on fairly tight which brings up the seam issue. I bought these in 8.5 wide and 9 regular and both have this issue. Not comfortable, look cheap and have no arch support whatsoever.
Brands I'd also recommend: born, clarks

Lovely comfortable flats - no arch support but that's because they're flats! Only possible concern is that they are a very loud candy colored red.

I was worried about the seam issue in another review, but I haven't noticed it at all. The lace-up detail adds something to the otherwise plain shoe. The shoe is totally wearable, though it's wider than I like. I have little to no arch, so the lack of arch support works, though someone with a high arch might have problems. I do wish the sole was more padded for comfort.
