Fit well and comfortable but rub the heel a little bit - Not an exciting style, but handsome enough and pretty comfortable. I have to wear thick socks since they rub the heel at the top of the shoe.

Zappos and shoe are equal - I wanted a comfortable shoe that didn't look like an old man’s shoe and could take getting wet from time to time. I like Clarks, but the Hush Puppy comes in a wider selection. The chuka boot style, all leather, wide selection and waterproof - I had to try it. The shoe is great. Comfortable - true to size and width. The brown is a darker more chocolate brown than the picture indicates. The Zappos rep knew what she was talking about when making a number of suggestions and she managed overnite shipping without extra charge (at xmas time). I will use Zappos again - for sure. The shoe - time will tell - but I am initially very satisfied.

Excellent shoes. Great for the fall and winter. No water or snow on your feet or ankles. Very comfortable to walk in. Plain style but that is a style of it's own.

I have very wide feet (3E), and so far this has been the only pair of shoes I've own that have been comfortable. The problem with most shoes, besides lacking wider sizes, is that they only size the center of the shoe. That leaves the toes feeling cramped with too much wasted space in the toebox. Hush Puppies, on the other hand, offer just the right amount of space and width from tip to heel. Combined with soft, quality leather and a conservative design, these make for a great pair of dress shoes. My only complaints would be how the sole is attached and the lack of arch support. With the sole, I don't believe it is able to be repaired with how it's bonded to the rest of the shoe, but I'm no expert. The lack of arch support isn't too surprising for leisure shoes. It would be nice to have, especially with my high arches, but nothing a good insert can't fix. Overall, I highly recommend these shoes.

Good comfortable shoe, but sole material is some sort of composite. Once the hard surface is worn, chunks of sole material fell off. Tops are still very nice, but not repairable.

My husband loves these shoes. He likes narrow dress shoes, so I was a bit worried as these are wider, but they look great with most of his pants. (He wears a slimmer fit jean and dress pant.) He walks to and from the train station each day and these shoes provide support and comfort he needs.

Great pair of shoes and my custom orthotics fit. Water resistance has been tested by this wet spring and performed well. Very happy with this pair of shoes.
