The shoes are too narrow. I thought an extra wide would work. I found a Rockport shoe the same size I have, 13xw and ordered them. Your service has been outstanding.

These are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have owned (and that is a long list). These were great right out of the box. They are light, flexible and reasonably dressy for a casual shoe. I wear them several times a week. They are great for airport travel as they are quick to get off & on for the TSA line.

Took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size smaller, mistake! Nice looking shoe, but has to go back to wonderful Zappos as DH foot won't even come close to going in this shoe!

These shoes are fantastic. I read other reviews saying that they run half a size small, and they were completely right. The soles are very comfortable and supportive. Great customer service from Zappos as well.

These shoes are nice and dressy/casual. Good for work. I ordered a bunch of styles from Zappos and this one I kept. They run a little small. Ordered half a size bigger. They also make your foot look a little smaller. Overall good shoes! Zappos has the best service.

I bought these Hush Puppies because of past product experiences. I have found Hush Puppies to be well constructed, comfortable, and the rubber sole materials last (unlike so many popular designer name products where I developed a hole in the rubber sole so very prematurely). There is no way of knowing how well the rubber compound will wear, but this shoe brand uses a good quality rubber unlike many other brands.

I have the discontinued Hush Puppies Radius in black, essentially the same shoe. I wear these every day to the office. Perfect during summer for the drive to work and around the office, maybe the grocery then home; like slippers! Not good for walking downtown or shopping on weekends; not enough support and they slip at the heel. Ordered a half size smaller based on reviews and was glad I did. I have other shoes for weekends, but I am considering purchasing another pair of Hush Puppies GT or Axis for work (in brown).

I can't buy shoes in stores because apparently nobody who shops there has feet larger than size 13. These are very nice shoes. Quite comfortable, even when worn all day traveling. I had a tiny bit of heel pinch but I mostly attribute that to them being new and me not being used to this type of shoe.

My husband (who is a big guy) finds these shoes comfortable and that they have decent support. He usually wears a size 15 but upon ordering we returned for a size 14 (not a big deal thanks to Zappos). Once broken in, they became even looser. He would buy them again but this time 2 sizes smaller.

This shoe is incredibly comfortable. Where them all day and they will feel great all day. They run a little large. I wear a 16 and an trying to order a second pair in 15 to see if they fit me better. I will keep a pair of these in my wardrobe.

I hate buying shoes. I have a foot injury and 2 very different sized feet. I usually try on 20 pairs and then give up, but this pair was different. I slipped them on, and thought, "These soles feel cushy, I think I might be able to wear them for longer than an hour at a time." More than a month later, I am still wearing them. I took them to a conference in the first week I owned them and managed to wear them 14 hrs a day. There is a little bit of rubbing at the back of the ankle due to heel slip, but overall the shoe is comfortable yet dressy enough to look like a professional. It is good for my wide arches without being too roomy in the toe box.
